Outstanding customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
The integrator.io is excellent and easy to use. The company provides great support, very responsive and offers tremendous tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages are not user friendly and sometimes become difficult to sort out, but the information needed is all there. You just have to learn how to navigate the system to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo enables bi-directional data flow between our system of record and the CRM tool we use.

Game-Changer for Seamless Data Integration

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great tools available for data transformation! Being able to extract, aggregate and validate our sales data, and then automatically record it into our NetSuite accounting system has been a game changer for our team. The implementation was fairly easy, and we are grateful for the extensive training and documentation available - this has made it easier for us to leverage what Celigo has to offer, especially as we are dealing with complex data transformations. We are using NetSuite pre-built connectors to import data so far, and everything we intended to bring into NetSuite has worked exactly as planned. We are very happy with the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not run into any dealbreakers so far. Learning our way through the error handling and debugging tools - at times it can feel like a bit overwhelming, occasionally the error messages do not provide enough detail to pinpoint the issue right away. That being said, we have neem able to resolve every error we've encountered so far, so nothing has stopped our progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in retail sales data from our POS software into our NetSuite accounting system. This is allowing our company to transition our inventory management - ordering, receiving, sales, reporting into our ERP, which in turn will provide incredible visibility/reporting and control over our retail sales. Due to the volume of data needed to be maintain in NetSuite for this transition to be viable, we could not have done it without a tool like Celigo. This is just the first project, once complete, we have a series of data transfers into NetSuite we plan on using Celigo for - admissions sales recording, google analytics, payroll detail import etc.

Guided Step by Step toward Integration

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
All different types of integration are step-by-step instructions.
There's also custom version.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no record of successful sync.
Preview needs to be updated all the time. Sometimes we don't get any response, it reset all the inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simplicity of connecting different business applications.
Reduce the need to code/script the integration.

Just Easy and Reliable

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make complex data connections without a lot of complex coding. It allows us to communicate between some older, less sophisticated systems and our newer internal API's.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are constantly improving the product so it takes some time to keep up with the team's new releases and functionality to not miss some of the new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate between some older, less sophisticated systems and our newer internal API's.

Celigo and NetSuite connection

  • May 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo’s pre-built connectors and templates make getting started much quicker compared to building from scratch. The integration flows are clear, and once you get the hang of it, making adjustments is fairly straightforward. It’s especially useful when dealing with routine data flows like sales orders, fulfilment, inventory syncs, and customer records – we’ve had good results linking NetSuite with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, and 3PL systems.

The error logging and dashboard are helpful – they let you track down issues without too much digging, and we’ve found the retry function useful for handling failures without needing to redo the whole process.

Support from Celigo has been decent when needed, and there’s enough documentation to get through most standard setups. Plus, the flexibility to build custom flows is there if you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit clunky at times, and some elements aren’t as intuitive as they could be – especially when you’re building more complex logic or trying to map nested fields. For newer users, the learning curve is a bit steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us bridge connections/systems integration with our 3pl warehouse. Allowing for us to effortlessly exchange data and is playing a major role in our expansion across the European markets.

Easy to use and great customer service

  • May 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use, and powerful. Our migration allowed us to be more self sufficient instead of having to outsource our work to external consultants. Their customer service is also incredible, very happy with the quality and timelines of the service we've received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had better logging for successful transactions. Logging/visibility for errors is great, but success logs are non existent unless you turn on troubleshooting logs, but those are temporary and you have to remember to turn them on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETL between Salesforce, Avalara and NetSuite.

Relatively easy to make changes on the fly. Great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Celigo to integrate our DTC system with our ERP for several years now.

Recently, we needed to update some of the mappings on the Inventary flow, and it was relatively simple to do, since you can literally see every part of the flow and what exactly you need to adjust.

Also, whenever there is something we need to do that is outside our knowledge, they have great customer support, always willing to help us overcome our challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something I dislike about Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
APIs keep evolving, and Celigo is evolving alongside the technology. We recently migrated some of the flows from Restful API to GraphQL. We had a great support for the migration.

Great syncing software with lots of power, great support and very flexible

  • April 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is very easy to use and has been a true asset in keeping our NetSuite and Salesforce in sync. It has also been easy to add in additional endpoints to integrate other functions with our existing solutions. The support has also been fantastic, and the implementation team was one of the best I've worked with.

Every order the company does has multiple Celigo touches, and it's now a critical part of our infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learn all you can during implementation, and you will be OK. It can be very overwhelming with all the options and flexibility. They are trying to make it easy but without some knowledge and training you cannot just jump in and swim.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moves data between Salesforce, NetSuite and fulfillment partners ensuring accuracy, reducing human input and streamlining processes.

Absolute garbage. The developers should be ashamed.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It looks slick. Decent login security. Celigo AI occasionally is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't enough space here. It is literally easier to code my own connections than try and set up connection in Celigo. When we've presented them with reasonable business problems that are caused by their system, their response is to not respond.
We were considering expanding our services with them and scheduled a meeting to discuss with them, the rep blew off the meeting and then lied about why. I gave him ample opportunity to own his mistaken, wouldn't do it.
The people, and the product are absolutely terrible. It is incredibly limited and only works with very specific business processes.
Go with different provider or hire a developer to create your own connection, you'll save a lot of frustration and money in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's moving orders from one system to another, as long as the orders only have a single line item. And no promotions. And then sometimes it still breaks.
We have a few other uses, like retrieving our amazon inventory. Only Celigo won't send our complete amazon inventory to NetSuite, only incidental updates, which has caused rampant inventory errors. So I send our complete inventory to sheets, then transfer it from sheets using another system.
