What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo integrator system is super helpful getting all our Shopify & Amazon orders into Netsuite properly. They also have amazing support which has been a life savor as their app is very robust and complicated if you are new to middleware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems complicated but it is complicated and they have an elegant way of presenting everything which makes it easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates getting all our orders into Netsuite and back once everything is fulfilled.

What do you like best about the product?
Jessica of the Professional Services Team was outstanding to work with, friendly and positive attitude and always listening/offers ideas or solutions during the initial launch of Celigo with Shopify/NetSuite. Made extra efforts for us to be successful
What do you dislike about the product?
None template flows are difficult to create, the standard template flows work as expect with minimal effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Before we started working with Celigo we relied on custom built software solutions, manual API integrations, scheduled cron tabs and highly technical integrations. They did the job but we became very depended on our developers and as the company grew had to take the next step and implement a decent middleware solution. It has brought us peace of mind and we are finally able to divide tasks and get clear insight what's going on "under the hood" while allowing people without programming skills to resolve day to day synchronization issues between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I would have to name a dislike it would probably be you have to follow Celigo's roadmap. For example, if they change the system and update certain tech (GraphSQLAPI) you have to follow their path and invest on making sure your configuration stays compatible. In case of custom built software its easier to step on the breaks. But in reality it just means progress and its a good thing still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a e-commerce business with multiple webshops in multiple countries connected to multiple companies using multiple warehouses. Syncing stock, product information and order information is not a easy task, but with the help of Celigo we have achieved complete automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Their Professional Services team stepped in at a critical moment when our initial consultation was falling short, bringing expertise, professionalism, and a true commitment to helping us succeed. Their guidance made all the difference, and we’re now in a much stronger position because of their support.

Beyond that, Integrator.io itself is an incredibly powerful tool. The built-in AI assistant, intuitive interface, and robust feature set make it one of the best integration platforms available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to use 'Tab' when mapping multiple fields so that you don't have to click the next row on the mapping UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps our business solve the problem of duplication of records across multiple systems. The product has streamlined our operations by simplifying the data entry and processing times for each record by allowing our teams to focus on one system versus multiple.

having to pay per end point, i'd rather a blanket charge for as many end points

What do you like best about the product?
-once set up properly, Celigo works consistently with minimal disruption to integration, even during Celigo's own upgrades
-customer success team fairly responsive
-the funny thing is i almost never log into Celigo platform because it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
a trained celigo expert would still be highly recommended, which adds to the cost of maintaining the tool. Hopefully with Gen AI this need would be fulfilled by a bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo to connect our CRM to ERP, and our ERP to our 3PL and shopify

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us integrate and automate EDI documents into Netsuite from Orderful, and vice versa. EDI is a requirement for doing business and having this level of automation saves us a lot of time in manual processes.

Celigo's Integrator dashboard gives us an easy and quick way to check for problems with each of our integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is expensive - but scalable. If your company is small it may only be feasible if you're growing rapidly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo tackles the often-complex challenge of integrating different cloud-based applications and systems. In many businesses, you might have separate platforms for things like sales, accounting, e-commerce, and customer service that don’t naturally “talk” to one another.
This makes it easier to automate or streamline tasks which are manual or repetitive, allowing you to grow your business without growing the headcount.
