A Powerful and User-Friendly Integration Solution
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Celigo is its intuitive and simple drag-and-drop interface. Celigo offers a vast library of pre-built connectors for popular applications make it easy to integrate a lot of business applications. It also provides robust error-handling features, allowing users to troubleshoot integration issues quickly with detailed logs and alerts. I personally use it every day to monitor our integrations and the process is very smooth and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing may be a bit steep for smaller businesses.

Superb integrator with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Good out of the box connectors for ease of implementation! Integrates with a lot of different SaaS. In-house implmentation team was excellent. Great training opportunities made available for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key solutions didn't have out of the box connectors ready, but they keep iterating. Its easier than some alternatives to use, but it can still require a lot of depth of expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is our iPaaS between our main sales system and ERP. It handles and integrates data between the two systems extremely well. They have some nifty out of the box tools for payment reconciliations, etc. that have really helped our business. We find Celigo (the product and the team) to be very easy to work with.
Integrations made easy with Celigo Integrator.io
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo Integrator.io is easy to use and provides us with a number of features that enables any product to be integrated to another through APIs, ODBC, or via an agent. The implemention was simple to complete, and it was a vital component to our successful migration from our legacy ERP to a new ERP. Celigo's customer support is fantastic, and they provide an extensive library of training materials that enable you to go from a novice to an expert without any additional investment. We use Integrator.io every day to check on our integrations, and to create new integrations as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Celigo. We've used the product for 5 years and continue to grow in our utilization of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally we used Celigo to move our master data from our legacy ERP to our new ERP. We have since found other uses for the product, which have included an integration with our data warehouse, cash reconcilliation with our ERP, and for matching shipping documents between our ERP and logistics platform.

What do you like best about the product?
So far, we didn't experience any significant bug, issue or service interruption and we've been using it for more than 3 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, while managing errors on worflow nodes, the gui does not update quick enough hiding errors or showing errors already resolved. A page refresh is enough to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Celigo to integrate Bamboo (an HR product), Jira and Oracle Netsuite. Thanks to Celigo we have built a robust systems for time tracking and invoices issuing.
Celigo Interfacing
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides lots of possibilites and flexibility to develop interface. I also like very much the logging to track the results of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep, which for some incidences prevented us from adding a new inteface as that would require a new connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interfacing of data from external sources into our Netsuite implementation. We needed a tool able to actually generate records in Netsuite and Celigo is doing that perfectly
Very versatile application

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a very user‑friendly integration platform. You don’t need any scripting knowledge (such as JSON), because the tool offers numerous built‑in features that make it easy to pinpoint errors, classify them, and resolve each type efficiently. In our company, this has been especially helpful for integrations between the ERP and the WMS, as well as between the ERP and bank payment systems.
It’s also quite cost‑effective. Once you have several flows running, you can continue expanding and adding new data integrations—even with different stakeholders—since most WMS solutions operate similarly and rely on EDI connections.
Overall, it feels like a universal language. Both the Celigo platform and its training resources are extremely intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
The visualization of scripts and data flows isn’t very intuitive, and the platform offers limited customization options.
Customer support generally focuses on two main areas:
Submitting support cases
Providing solutions based on issues previously experienced by other users
At times, receiving direct and personalized assistance can take a couple of hours—not terrible, but still an opportunity for enhancement.
Suggestions for improvement:
Develop a more intuitive, customizable interface for viewing and managing scripts and data flows.
Offer advanced visualization tools (e.g., drag‑and‑drop mapping, flow diagrams, or color‑coded logic paths).
Expand customer support to include faster response times and real‑time chat options.
Provide more proactive guidance rather than relying mainly on previously reported issues.
Improve documentation with step‑by‑step examples and interactive troubleshooting guides.

I work within Schneider Electric Solar, serving as the Solar Data Analytics Project Manager and IT Business Unit Owner.
We deployed Celigo Integrator.io to manage two key integration streams:
1. NetSuite ERP (Oracle) ↔ WMS (UPS & DHL)
This integration covers end‑to‑end logistics data flows, including:
Item fulfillments transmitted from NetSuite to the WMS
Shipment status updates, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations returned from UPS/DHL
Inventory movements (inbound/outbound) synchronized automatically
EDI‑based message exchange (e.g., 940, 945, 856 equivalents depending on the carrier)
Automated error handling with Celigo’s real‑time monitoring, mapping filters, and field transformations
This setup allows fully automated updates of operational transactions without manual intervention.
2. NetSuite ERP ↔ JP Morgan Payment Accounts
This workflow automates financial processes such as:
Payment file generation and submission (e.g., ACH, SEPA, wire instructions depending on region)
Reconciliation of bank statements, including automated import of payment confirmations
Journal entry creation based on cleared payments
Validation rules configured in Celigo to ensure compliance with bank formatting requirements and ERP posting logic
Operational Impact
Thanks to these integrations running on scheduled or event‑driven Celigo flows:
We eliminated a substantial amount of manual work linked to receipts, fulfillments, cash application, and journal creation.
Data accuracy improved significantly, as transactions now follow predefined system logic instead of manual input.
Processing times were reduced from hours of manual work to near‑real‑time automatic synchronization.
