Celigo allows us to easily connect two dissimilar platforms to share data bidirectionally
What do you like best about the product?
My company needs to integrate several CRM, timekeeping, and financial systems together. Celigo allows us to do just that. It's low-code, point-and-click, and has a ton of available integrations. The tech support and walkthrough articles also help get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to surpress known (useless) errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple dissimilar systems together to reduce fritction.

Great to see their user community continue to expand.

Celigo continues to do some great outreach. I hope they continue with live events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting Stripe to NetSuite for our Billing.
Easy to use, easy to manage and delivering with Celigo is made simple
What do you like best about the product?
The ongoing updates that are bringing it to the same level as other technology products, not just middlewares.
As it's used on a daily basis because it's essentially the lynch pin of the business, even as 1 person the ease of error management makes it manageable.
The ability to implement simple and easy to use flows and integrations but also the ability to implement complex business solutions.
Any time I've needed assistance with either uncommon bugs or general questions there is always a member of the online support team to assist or direct assistance from 2 members of the Celigo team that are really helpful.
The ability to schedule flows and create webhooks makes it easy to scale requests and it runs everything in the backgroud.
As it's used on a daily basis because it's essentially the lynch pin of the business, even as 1 person the ease of error management makes it manageable.
The ability to implement simple and easy to use flows and integrations but also the ability to implement complex business solutions.

There's not much to dislike.
The only thing I would say is when editing scripted flow outputs the scripts look like they get copied, but this could also be user error on my part.

Automated data integration between ERP and CRM, this would be a nightmare to manage manually.
Automating into API driven software that the business throws at you last minute, Celigo makes it more manageable to deal with last minute changes and requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has created a great user inteface that makes mapping and integrating platforms easy to implemnent. Their customer support is fast and very knowledgeable. We use Celigo every day and it helps us integrate our core platforms with fast and reliable data processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo does not have any real downsides, other then they just can't keep up adding to their integration list. But they already have 100's of integrations and a generic integration taht let's you map whatever you want if your exact integartion is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has solved our problem of connecting platforms. Most solutions can take months to implement. Celigo can get in done in days!

The tool is naturally intuitive to use, and its constantly being enhanced with new and relevant features.

Celigo, is helping us unify our businees applications, maintain data integrity, streamline workflows and reduce user friction.

The User Experience is so easy to use and catch on to. Celigo has done an exceptional job creating helpful tools to learn how to use the product.

The coding portion is a steap learning curve but there are lots of helpful articles on the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and the ability to leverage new AI features, it's incredibly easy to use, implement and their customer support is fantastic. We use it every day to pull in our orders from Shopify and other sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I like the product entirely.

It solves our connections between all systems that involve API or FTP
Good relationship between Sales and Finance
What do you like best about the product?
Is great to have our Sales flows integrated between a platform used by the Sales Team (Salesforce) and the Finance Team (Netsuite) and that the Sales Team can have access to the Financial information of their deals on Salesforce (if the deal is invoiced or paid).

What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Even though it has great features, we can easyly run a business whithout Celigo, so it's a bit expensive when we have to pay a subscription to Celigo and another one to Netsuite regarding Celigo, for the same service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us (Finance Team), it automatizes some extra work we would have whithout Celigo by registering the Sales deals on Netsuite after they're won.

Doesn't handle very complex scenarios and use cases, but it's not meant to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves integration between systems. I have usd it to integrate Shopify, NetSuite, BigCommerce, MYOB and other products. Makes such integrations a breeze and handles a lot of non-functional requirements out of the box.
