Easy interface to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and ease of use for users with minimal technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Undo function disappears after about 2-3 seconds of becoming available and then there is no way to pull it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory issues are identified and resolved through this.

Staff that knows how to solve a problem

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Celigo support staff are always their for when you have an issue and need to solve a problem. We have been lucky and haven't have that many issues but when our website crashes and need some support Celigo is their, they are also very helpful with helping you figure out how to set up new integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you mark an error resolved you are no longer able to see the issues around it, we have had instances where we have marked the whole error page resolved by accident and are then not able to really solve those errors till a customer brings them to our attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use this to link our e-comm store to netsuite, as well as our return side to netsuite.

Great product and customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the many options with flows to sync inventory, payments, address, ship methods etc. I also like that customer service once I have open a ticket they respond within reasonable time and kindness.
Also I like a lot that when I request to have a conference call to review live the solutions to the tickets they are always available to have the call with me in my time zone business hours. In an occasion I have two similar issues and both tickets were merged and resolve very professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is when we come against an issue and support takes several days to find solution to the issue and we continue to operate our business knowing that we have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping at times requires more detail then when it was originally implemented but once is set the benefits on the flows work very efficient
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend using this integrator as has many options on syncing many flows

A good start!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrator.io is in the goldilox zone. It isn't too technical but also not dumbed down to where you can't customize. Changes are made easily and it is easy to take a peak under the hood when needed. I have worked with another company's EDI integration tool and it is opaque by comparison
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the think documentation could be more extensive. Celigo should provide more support docs and encourage posting to the community forum. Maybe publish some support ticket answers to common questions?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like a lot of startups, we used a lot of different systems that didn't talk to each other as we grew. This works when your small but can get a little ungainly as you grow. Rather than forcing everyone to use 1 unified system we are working on building a web and connecting the silos.
We solved a big problem by syncing our inventory management software with our webstore. Before we had to keep our webstores inventory updated manually. We are currently using the Salesforce Netsuite connector to build a sales to fulfillment pipeline.

Robust Integration Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the platform. It seems the product team has thought of numerous use cases and implemented appropriate functionality to support them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to dislike. There was a slight learning curve in the beginning, but once you understand one integration, it's easy to learn others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer rely on internal or third-party development resources for major integrations and have saved tens of thousands of dollars as a result.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple automation and notifications keep me doing other things not babysitting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real dislike is the lack of an app! browser support is poor on mobile devices so an app would help while on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate all our eCommerce channels in one neat clean package. Once implementation is done its pretty much hands off.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The old saying you get what you pay for rings true here!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the single online portal where I have tiles of all my integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Celigo's Support can't use my io account without taking over my session. Maybe it's like that for a reason...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations allow me to sell my products on multiple platforms and be able to manage the financing side in one place, my ERP. On some of my sites, it manages my available inventory too which is also tracked in my ERP.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly straightforward to map fields from application to application and also identify and correct errors as they occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your export file changes at all you need to be very careful to re-map all fields. If you encounter any problems however, Celigo support is always available and very helpful/responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated a larger volume of manual work and also provides comfort that data is consistent between applications.

Best Customer Service ever

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is the prompt customer service we receive. Anytime I have a question, they are there with an answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run on a very tight budget. There is so much more we'd like to do, but costs hold us back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo integrator.io to move orders from Magento to NetSuite. It all works very slick. The only issue we had had is that we have multiple websites on the same platform and Celigo is not able to pull the orders from just one website.
