Straightforward device management
What do you like best about the product?
Once I had figured out how to create a blueprint for my devices, it was a straightforward matter to then provision them. The first device was the hardest, and then the remaining 5 were really easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more documentation, and perhaps some examples would be helpful. I don't use Android devices very often, and it seems that each one is slightly different so it wasn't easy to figure out how to apply the required settings for this particular device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write mobile apps that integrate with our desktop software system, and then deploy these across our client's organisation. Esper helps us to consistently configure all the devices. That way, we can guarantee what's installed on the device so we can provide the support when required. We are expecting a system-wide upgrade soon, and once all devices have been provisioned we believe that this will be a very easy operation to perform.

Helpful in controlling activities of team
What do you like best about the product?
Online enabling and disabling of apps, online deployment of app installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a very long time to set up a device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members use to install unnecessary apps and games and spend time on those. After using esper, my staff is more productive.
I am using Esper to teach my students about MDMs and how to manage mobile devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Robust, easy to use, and at a great price ! I am using Esper to teach my students about MDMs and how to manage mobile devices. Esper is great, so flexible and great for education because of the price point. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a bit of trouble trying to enroll an older device. Got it figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to give students hands-on training with a powerful MDM!
A Fantastic Tool for Device Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Provisioning devices, adding internal APK's, play store apps, etc. is super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The window views aren't always the best. When running a pipeline or viewing devices, the UI is inside of the page in it's own window so navigating across isn't always easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper has allowed my dispatchers to view a teammate's phone when they are running into issues. It's also allowed us to have better battery time by only installing apps we need and not all the other junk!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to reach out to support! I only had one issues when setting up but support took care of my question right away.
Reliable and user-friendly management software for Android devices
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use and that it is free for up to 100 devices. It was cost-prohibitive in the past to have a software management system for our company's devices, but this has saved us time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
ESPER is excellent however, sometimes the remote login doesn't always work great for us. It is not the main feature we use, but it would be nice if it connected better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper is solving device management and monitoring. We have business devices that are only intended for business use and Esper has allowed us to set them up and ensure they are being used how they were intended, and working when our employees need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cost-effective method to manage multiple devices, this is for you.
Perfect solution for my needs!
What do you like best about the product?
I wanted my tablets to be locked down easily and this did just that
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears I need to use json files to manage block lists on chrome. I need to learn that better but it will be perfect

I need to lock a tablet to one app or apps that I allow and not allow people to access anything else
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't setup tablet beforehand as the 6 tap connection method needs to be done at first start screen

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and robust functionality. Very easy to create a template and devices can be provisioned quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! The support has been excellent with quick responses to any questions I have had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick template setup and provisioning allow for a rapid rollout.

Esper is a great choice.
Simple, Straight Forward and Easy but then so much more
What do you like best about the product?
The solution was very simple to set up and deploy, but once running we found it could do more, resulting in us extending both our use of the solution and also its adoption within the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far almost nothing but surprised some software needed APK packs versus getting them from App Store

We are a large hotel that has a lot of staff using mobile devices for work so we needed to be able to manage both the deployment and security of the devices but also to easily support the numerous applications and user models
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the level of control I was able to get from Esper and how easy it was to setup and deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Geofencing was a bit wonky with the grouping other than that not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a quick and robust MDM/EMM solution to run some Kiosks. I was able to have the initial deployment rolled out in under two hours.
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed when I received a call from Esper support team instantly as I logged my first device into the system. She went above and beyond helping me setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything works as expected. More training materials in glossary would be great
