Esper is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
The features and tools of the esper are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such because it has been really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper helps in mobile device management.

Esper is a very user friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to bring all the phones in and set them up in the span of an afternoon.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes falls short in the ability to accomplish certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can remotely track each device and easily see who is assigned. It has been instrumental in keeping track of the devices.
Billing is not accurate. System does not remove Devices very easily.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy installation and the baility to restore the devices in 2 step process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing and removing devices are always an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the removal process but I still seethe 2 scanners in my device history.

It was helpful in controlling many android OS phones. Great Geofencing features

Company didn't acknowldege our agreement for a one-year deal, and kept sending invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
controlling multiple android devices for a specifc art show
made our lives significantly easier
What do you like best about the product?
making deployments and remote connections a breeze. they worked with out hardware vendor to preinstall esper in our devices so, remote installations are now much easier. we use it daily to monitor and identify problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service sometimes deflects issues asking for more detail than needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Esper is very easy to use. It allows you to control what is on screen for users. It also allows you to be specific to certain users who need a little extra authority to apps and function. it is easy to use for the user and is the perferred method for our plants floor personel. Our company is also going to get esper for other deparments to use for other functions within the plant. Intergrattion and support of the device is exceptional and very simplisting!
What do you dislike about the product?
esper has so much functionality and support, you really can't improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
technicians are able to perform their maintenance functions in Real Time! They can also access Certain apps which makes their job so much easier.

Sometimes everything isnt in numerical order.

Easier to change alias names and move to correct groups.
Esper MDM is a solid, reliable, end-to-end solution for global tablet management
What do you like best about the product?
SDK and CLI allow for solid, simple, integration of all the processes presented in the Esper Dashboard implemented in own own apps and daily processes. Customer support is responsive and often provides timely and meaningful answers to technical inquiries. Downtime has been very minimal and resolution times are short.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional issues around throttling of large batch commands without any warning and which required calls to support before the throttling was lifted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esper allows us to monitor software versions, online/offline devices and locations across our fleet.
The system is easy to implement and even easier to us.

I can track my equipment quickly and easily.

I have found any issues at this point where I would say I have an issue.

I can easily track a device, know who's using it and get it back in service if necesary. I also need to update them on an occasional basis with my software and it is extremely quick and easy
