Intuitive and Fast Email Management, but Calendar Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive and fast. After learning the workflows and shortcuts, it truly helps save time when managing email. Once you become familiar with it, reaching inbox zero becomes achievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar feature feels quite limited. For example, even after setting up recurring meetings, you still need to use Google Calendar to complete the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a high volume of email can be challenging, especially when it comes to staying on top of follow-ups and reminders. Keeping everything organized and making sure nothing slips through the cracks is essential.

A neat mail client

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's really easy to use and is the most clean and neat mail client I have experienced. It helps me reduced the level of distractions from all the promotions in campaign and have the most comprehensive shortcuts so that I can finish everything by only using keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is worth it but it is a little bit pricey to subscribe personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business email is semi-public and we need to register in different websites using it, it results in tons of promotion emails and non-essential queries.
The default mail clients like Gmail's have basic split functions but it's hard to look through all the important emails that Gmail thinks it is important. Superhuman did a great job of really slimming down to the most important emails that greatly reduce my time spending on emails.
And it can help me quickly archive the emails I streamed that clean up inbox is not a headache anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the shortcuts in Superhuman—they are among the greatest features ever created. The sharing and commenting capabilities between team members are excellent for keeping communications attached to projects. I appreciate the inbox zero encouragement, which motivates me to manage my emails better. The AI support and sharing functions streamline our communication workflow, making it more efficient. Superhuman significantly improves my speed in managing emails, which is crucial as time and efficiency are everything in my business. I also enjoy how Superhuman quickly made sense and worked well for us, unlike other AI email clients we tried. Setting up was smooth, with a steep learning curve only at the start, but it soon flowed naturally.
What do you dislike about the product?

Split Inboxes Make Email Organization Effortless and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I like how split inboxes let me organize my emails in ways I haven’t before. My inbox feels less cluttered and more manageable—something I’ve wanted for a long time. I also appreciate how fast the app is. It runs smoothly on both my laptop and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m still learning how to navigate the mobile app, especially when it comes to accessing folders and settings. It felt a bit counterintuitive at first, but I’m starting to understand the logic behind the design and getting the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is helping me manage email in a way I never have before. The keyboard shortcuts, split inboxes, and auto-labeling all work together to make email management more efficient. I’m not sure exactly how much time I’m saving each day, but I’m definitely getting through more emails faster than I ever have, and I’ve tried a lot of different email clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything - Extremely seamless, helps me stay on top of all my priorities, while filtering non-priority items with a 95% accuracy.

Fast, intuitive, just golden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike - Minor improvements around the filtering and some bugs every now and then
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drafts, quick overviews of long threads, almost gamified way of getting to Zero Inbox, efficiency, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Really fast to handle 100's of emails from different departments and different deal stages, amazing for follow ups

Took me a few days to get a hng of it, should be easier to maeke custom keys for onbaording

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Superhuman for email communication and scheduling because it significantly speeds up my workflow. The keyboard shortcuts and hotkeys make managing my email much faster, reducing my dependency on the mouse. AI integrations are fantastic for rewriting emails, drastically improving my efficiency. Scheduling meetings is also drastically easier. Superhuman's commitment to inbox zero helps manage my emails more effectively, saving me time and mental energy. Additionally, the ability to quickly switch between Superhuman and Salesforce is beneficial, and though the integration could be stronger, it remains a helpful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that automatic scheduling in Superhuman doesn't adjust for the recipient's time zone, requiring manual changes for each email. The search function feels weak compared to Outlook, often missing the emails I'm looking for, making it unreliable. Additionally, the AI search function is not effective and often ends up being more work than it's worth, prompting me to turn to Outlook instead. The integration with Salesforce appears superficial and lacks depth in functionality, which limits its utility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to increase my email efficiency, saving time and mental effort by leveraging hotkeys and AI for speed and email management. The integration with Salesforce and moving towards inbox zero are also beneficial.

Great Performance and Features, but Pricey and US-Centric

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the native, fast experience on desktop, as well as the convenient keyboard shortcuts. The offline caching on mobile is a big plus, especially since some other mobile email clients stop working entirely when offline. I also enjoy being able to have multiple tabs open on desktop, each displaying a different email account, so none of them are tucked away or hard to access. The ctrl/cmd+k menu is another feature I find useful. I like the custom AI labels, though I think the underlying model still has room for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is quite expensive, and I find its strong American focus frustrating—for instance, the calendar always starts on a Sunday, and there’s no option to adjust this. I’m also disappointed by the limited notification options available on desktop. Additionally, I wish there were a way to train its algorithm based on what I consider important, but unfortunately, that feature is missing. I do feel like there could be more customizability generally in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used Shortwave, but I found that my emails would pile up and I struggled to get through them. My work account also felt tucked away, making it mentally harder to switch between accounts. Since switching to Superhuman, these issues have disappeared and I now consistently reach inbox zero.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Superhuman for organizing my emails, making the process rewarding and efficient. The intuitive AI integration makes drafting and searching emails enjoyable and easy, boosting my confidence. Hotkeys enhance my productivity, allowing quick and smooth navigation through tasks. The excellent customer service, combined with the student discounts, make Superhuman incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the service very expensive, especially considering the limited integration with only Gmail and Outlook. This lack of support for other email clients is frustrating, particularly because people using different emails like Yahoo can't benefit from the product. Additionally, while the Superhuman app has a lot of good qualities, the email client interface on Windows sometimes feels outdated. I would appreciate more options to personalize it to better suit individual preferences.
