    What do you like best about the product?
    The speed of this platform is a real game-changer. The “Command + J” shortcut is the standout feature for me—it lets me turn rough thoughts into my own authentic voice while also formatting everything nicely. It also does a great job of preserving the context from my previous conversations, so I don’t have to waste time relying on external AI tools or constantly copy-pasting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. When I’m scanning a long list, it’s not always easy to visually distinguish between different threads, and searching for specific past messages can feel a little clunky. On top of that, memorizing the large library of keyboard shortcuts takes a significant amount of time and effort.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It addresses the sluggishness of traditional email by offering a fast, efficient triage system. With shortcuts that let me set reminders for later and AI that helps polish my drafts, my day-to-day workload feels far more manageable. It also removes the friction of having to start replies from scratch, and that has noticeably improved my overall productivity.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Speed is the biggest highlight for me. Everything loads instantly, and the interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like a smooth, productive flow. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, helping me express my thoughts clearly without the usual visual distractions getting in the way.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I’d really like to see a unified inbox feature. Right now, having to switch between different accounts—even with shortcuts—still feels like something that could be streamlined further. A single, consolidated view of all incoming messages would make my daily triage faster and smoother, especially since I’m managing multiple streams at once.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It addresses the sluggishness and clutter that are typically associated with email. With a fast, user-friendly interface, it makes writing, reading, and processing messages far more efficient. I no longer feel overwhelmed by my inbox, and the clean, clear design helps me stay organized and communicate my professional ideas more effectively.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Before SuperHuman, I'd miss communications from my most important opportunities or forget to follow up on my flood in inbound emails.

    I no longer miss important emails and can view my top priority split inboxes at a glance. The keyboard interface speeds up my email management. Best email client I've used in 30 years.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's no next/previous for string search results to skip to next or previous occurrance of string.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It keeps me on top of following up with clients and on important opportunities. It's improved my customer service reputation.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Superhuman Mail because it saves me an hour a day, which is pretty significant. It also helps in reducing my stress and cognitive load. I really like the keyboard shortcuts and the simplicity of the interface, and the zero inbox method works well for me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's a little bit expensive at $40 a month.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the organized UI of Superhuman Mail as it helps me know what's important and quickly moves junk out of sight. I can efficiently file and sort things in an organized way. The reminders are extremely helpful for following up with people within a desired timeline, ensuring I never drop the ball, even if others might. The shortcuts make it super easy to file things away and keep everything organized into folders. The walkthrough of all the shortcuts during the initial setup was very helpful, and having the shortcuts stay visible in the UI is great as it helps you remember them over time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't love the filing UI. Like, it's just not the colors could be more differentiated. They kind of all meld together right now. Like, I feel like the colors for filing away in Gmail are stronger. So you could do more with colors to, like, organize the inbox, I think.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Superhuman Mail for an organized UI that lets me know what's important. It moves junk and helps me quickly file and sort emails. Reminders prevent me from dropping the ball, and shortcuts make everything fast and organized.
