Speedy Email Management, Slight Overzealous Filtering

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman speeds up my email responses and keeps my inbox organized, making sure important emails don't get buried. The setup was seamless with straightforward instructions. I find the keyboard shortcuts and sorting functionalities very useful for efficient email navigation. Being able to snooze emails for later review is also a major plus. Superhuman allows me to manage my email efficiently without it dominating my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find its filtering to be a bit aggressive. As a technical leader, it sometimes considers important notifications, like server notifications, or emails from services and lists I'm subscribed to, as spam or not worth showing. This makes it harder to find important information. Compared to Gmail, it's significantly tougher to retrieve these hidden emails because Gmail allows setting up folders which makes managing and locating such emails easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to speed up my email responses, keeping my inbox clean and ensuring important emails aren't missed by organizing and sorting efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Superhuman's user experience. It dramatically declutters my inbox, making it far superior to Gmail. The split inbox and auto labels help me manage my email efficiently. Features like hotkeys, auto reminders, send later, and AI-enhanced email writing enhance my productivity. I appreciate how the mobile capabilities work seamlessly and the snippet templates elevate my email responses. Overall, Superhuman is an indispensable tool that simplifies my email management and keeps me effortlessly organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially found Superhuman challenging because learning the keystrokes and quirks of the app was necessary. However, once I mastered these, the app became quite easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to manage my email efficiently. It declutters my inbox, reduces anxiety, and helps me prioritize responses. Features like split inbox, auto labels, and auto reminders keep me organized, while hot keys and templates enhance speed and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Superhuman for a while now, and it has made a huge difference in terms efficiency. The Mac and iOS apps are super fast, the shortcuts are intuitive, and the AI integration makes the experience smooth, the quest for zero inbox gamifies the overall experience positively. I spend significantly less time writing and thinking about emails than I used to a couple of months ago. Overtime it has become one of those tools I cannot imagine working without.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, nothing but I think AI integration in Mac app can be much smoother, similar to the mobile experience. The mobile AI experience feels way smoother and natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attending to emails quickly and getting them over with to get to zero inbox.

It helps get through the backlog rather quickly and provides tools and abstractions to do it effectively.

Best email tool ever

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is the best email tool I’ve ever used, and it’s not close. Compared to Notion’s email, Superhuman is faster, sharper, and built for people who live in their inbox. The keyboard first design and command palette make everything feel instant. After a couple of days getting comfortable with the shortcuts and workflow, my speed jumped and my inbox stopped feeling like a chore. Once you know the moves, you process mail in minutes, not hours. If you want an inbox that actually saves time, Superhuman is absolutely worth the ramp-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ll be honest: the ramp-up felt a bit long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I move through email dramatically faster, miss fewer commitments, and keep client/partner comms on track with less mental load.

Fast, clean, and improving quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is fast, well-designed, and makes email much easier to manage. The AI-generated responses save a ton of time, and the automatic reminders to follow up when no reply is received are a real game changer.

Support is excellent and always quick to respond, whether you run into an issue or just have a question on how to do something.

Overall, it’s an outstanding tool that keeps getting better with updates and new features being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few workflow quirks could be improved, like scrolling through long expanded threads, especially on mobile. I also miss having folders like in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to be reminded when an email that I sent hasn't been replied to. I no longer need to Bcc myself to keep track of emails that need followup.

What do you like best about the product?
The Superhuman team completely re-imagined and re-engineered the experience of managing email inboxes. I can complete 95% of an inbox session using only keyboard shortcuts, and love how fast everything is. If you're still using Gmail in the browser, every second of page loading, clicking around, and navigating between inboxes in different tabs is wasting time. Superhuman is reliable and it's constantly improving - it's clear the team values staying ahead of new AI enhancements and really listens to their customer feedback. They offered perhaps the best onboarding and implementation experience I've ever had. I arrived at the demo call using Mac Mail, and when I left the call after 45 minutes I was fully ramped up on Superhuman and never had to use anything else again. I love how my calendars are integrated, the ability to quickly insert pre-scripted snippets that I use repeatedly, and to schedule responses for the future in just two taps on the keyboard. I have no affiliation with Superhuman, but I'm tremendously grateful to them for creating this beautiful, elegant piece of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if pricing decreased over time to award loyal customers, especially those who joined early in the Superhuman journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to Inbox 0 almost every day, managing multiple inboxes, and automatically filtering and labeling every email.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage numerous email accounts and then within those have different folders to organize my emails. I also use the reminder feature quite often to help me work on things at a later time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is how much space it can take up on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have numerous clients all of whom want me to use an account on their domain. Superhuman allows me to easily go between my accounts to stay on top of what my clients need.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the straightforward setup process of Superhuman, which walked me through it seamlessly. The keyboard shortcuts feel very natural and enhance my efficiency daily. I find that long conversations can get difficult to follow, and I might change the way they render.

I like the shortcut keystrokes, the UI that looks like Gmail, and the AI that helps me draft emails

It doesn't support the Jira add on, you can't add conference rooms to meeting invites
