Smooth Setup, Enhances Email Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I find Superhuman incredibly easy to set up and use, thanks to the comprehensive tutorials they provide. The tool significantly enhances my email productivity by allowing me to prioritize emails effectively and integrate seamlessly with my calendar. I also appreciate the email delay feature, which helps me focus on the most important tasks without unnecessary distractions. I've already recommended it to others and would rate it as a nine in terms of likelihood to recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am awaiting the addition of more AI features in Superhuman, like auto-labeling and auto-prioritizing emails. These enhancements would significantly improve my experience. Additionally, the cost is a factor for consideration when deciding if I would purchase it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to manage a high volume of emails, helping me prioritize effectively, improve customer responses, and connect with my calendar seamlessly.
This is the best email organization app that is out there.
What do you like best about the product?
Best to organize your mail, follow up, and search is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly not integrated in, shortcuts could be hard for some to remember
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me get rid of emails i don't need to worry about and focus on ones i need to respond or take action on.
A seamless and intelligent email experience
What do you like best about the product?
Using Superhuman has completely transformed the way I manage my emails. The interface is impressively clear, and every feature that usually exists in an inbox has been rethought and redesigned to be more intuitive and more efficient. The integration of AI is outstanding: it blends seamlessly into the workflow and makes every action smoother.
The Inbox Zero principle saves me an incredible amount of time. Something more : I no longer need separate reminder tools. The integrated calendar is also a major strength, centralizing everything I need in one place.
You learn to master Superhuman step by step, until it becomes a true productivity partner. In short, Superhuman is not just an email client, it has redefined the way I work every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reaching Inbox Zero becomes very frustrating once the number of emails exceeds a certain threshold, as it feels difficult to manage and clear the inbox completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves email overload and inefficient management by streamlining every inbox function to be faster and more intuitive. Its smart AI integration helps prioritize and organize messages, making Inbox Zero achievable and reducing email-related stress. For me, this means saving significant time daily, staying focused on priorities, and benefiting from a smooth transition to a more productive workflow. The built-in calendar further streamlines scheduling and reminders.
The best email client
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is so fast and good looking, and I love the keyboard shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to be honest, but the Ask AI features could sometimes hallucinate non-existent guideline websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined email management, sharing between colleagues and easier writing improvements.
Superhuman has turned me into a Super eMail user with much less stress!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on the desktop is incredible compared to Outlook. I used to think that nothing could be better that Outlook but Superhuman has changed that with it's short cuts, user interface, speed, efficiency, and unending customization. Implementing the software on my desktop, iPhone and iPad was nothing, it's very intuitive. My frequency of use has dropped with Superhuman. Less time inside email means more time for more productive and value add tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relearning takes some time with Superhuman, but it's a short curve. Superhuman offers training, sends daily emails, and communicates well with issues. One can tell they prepared for the relearning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replying to everyone is important to me, Superhuman has almost removed all stress related to responses by auto drafting responses in my voice with reminders that are timely. Zero inbox is now a reality on a daily basis, truly.
My favorite efficiency hack to date
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman saves me time, creates ease and clarity in my inbox, transformed my email from chaos to clarity with capabilities that have improved my follow up, helped me avoid topics falling through the cracks or sitting unresolved, and all while saving time. It's fun, it's quick, it does at least half the work for me, and it makes my job more focused and purposeful. I've recently been exploring the email and calendar integrations, and as an operations director, that has already been incredibly useful. I cannot recommend Superhuman enough, and I use it every single day I'm on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the all the built in shortcuts, it took me a little while to get used to the Superhuman setup and format. That said, the developers have done an excellent job of supporting the transitional process with tutorials, hover instructions, a game, and trainings that all help improve the utility and maximize anyone's efficiency using Superhuman. Getting through the learning curve is 100% worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a chaotic inbox, emails lost in the ether, follow up challenges, the email time drain, headaches of scheduling.
Bringing me ease of all of the above.
Bringing me ease of all of the above.

Great tool to save me time but could be better with more updates

Email Worth Paying For
What do you like best about the product?
Before Superhuman, I had basically given up on email. I had come to accept that I would never reach inbox zero, some emails would go unread, and others that deserved responses wouldn't receive them. Email is a broken system I thought couldn't be fixed. I was wrong. With Superhuman, I never miss an important message. Projects never slip through the cracks while awaiting feedback from clients. I am now the follow-up king. My recipients get better, faster responses from me and my clients and colleagues are happier with me. Each of Superhuman's features (AI integrations, split inbox automations, keyboard-based interface, scheduling tools, collaboration tools, etc.) would be a killer app worth paying for on their own -- but as a combined package, Superhuman is a value that can't be beat. You will have to pry this app out of my cold dead hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve. I run a small team (10 employees) in a service industry where we sell our time to clients. I've told everyone on my team I will gladly pay for Superhuman - but only if they attend a set-up meeting with one of Superhuman's onboarding consultants. To get the most out of the software, you have to learn its paradigms and spend a day or two adjusting your workflows. But once you do, you'll never look back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email management, calendaring, AI message responses, time management.
I thought Inbox Zero was impossible to achieve for me.
What do you like best about the product?
I wonder why I resisted this long to try Superhuman. One of my best entrepreneur friends has been using it for *years*. I finally had enough of my out-of-control inbox a few weeks ago, and decided to give it a try.
I had *so many emails* it took Superhuman an entire day to clean up my inbox. Thousands and thousands and thousands of emails. I've hired human beings who faltered when faced with my inbox.
Even though that cleaning process went well (it's super easy to setup and use Superhuman, you just follow the tutorial), I was *sure* my inbox would be out of control again in a few days. I've tried many ways to get better organized in the past and it always failed, you know? I had king of lost faith. 😂
Well, I'm happy to report it's been three weeks now and I'm already addicted to this magical thing. AI Labels are a *game changer* for me. Superhuman organizes my inbox for me every day, in real time. Every morning, I wake up and take care of everything important. Once or twice a week, I deal with the rest.
The keyboard shortcuts are so easy. It's kind of fun to go through everything now.
What else? I rarely use the AI drafting option, but once in a while when someone asks a repetitive question, it saves me a lot of pain.
Oh, and customer support is super reactive too! I wrote back to one of their "tutorial" emails, and got a response quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be pretty expensive for the average user. But for someone like me (a content creator with enough subscribers to my newsletter to get *many* emails) it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox is now manageable.
I answer every email I need to and don't drop the ball anymore.
