I love the Archive/Snooze functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is fast and reliable which enables you to breeze through your email very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things to dislike about superhuman except a few glitches and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is very simple to use. I've saved a lot of time by using this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very efficient. I suggest you try it for a month and see if it's for you.
Superhuman has changed the way I do email... forever!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman lives up to its promise of speed. It's just incredibly fast! It boots up in milliseconds, I can breeze through my emails so quickly with keyboard shortcuts, and the features are just so thoughtfully built that it didn't require me to change too much about my current email habits. If anything, it built on what I already knew how to do and the ways in which I already worked. I also love the Archive/Snooze functions; I know Gmail had them and I tried to use them, but Superhuman was just on a different level!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small glitches here and there, including times when I can't recategorize an email. But other than that, I haven't found too many other things to complain about. Perhaps one thing that I'd hope to see in the future is integration with other email providers like Outlook, as it's currently limited to users of G Suite for now. I'm sure that addresses most use cases but I know of several organizations using Outlook that would benefit from using this as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman has really helped me stay on track of the dozens of different projects, initiatives, and email threads that I'm on. The thoughtful Snooze function ensures that I get back to emails when I want to, and quickly archive emails I'm finished. I've saved a lot of time but I've also gained a significant amount of efficiency along the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd suggest giving Superhuman a week. If you don't feel the difference, you're probably not the target user.
Can't Imagine Using Anything Else
What do you like best about the product?
This is hands down the best email client that I've ever used. The onboarding process is also top notch. There are surveys and an interview to get you onboarded, and at first I was a little irritated that it was taking so much time, but I actually really appreciated them asking me about my email habits and making me re-evaluate my workflow. The actual client is super fast, super responsive, and makes getting through your inbox feel like playing a video game. It's true that you can tune Gmail with some plugins and shortcuts to get close to what Superhuman does, but Superhuman brings in a ton of little details that really elevate the experience. I was honestly skeptical of the claims before giving it a try, but I'm a believer now and regularly have all my inboxes at inbox zero. All of the shortcuts are really thoughtfully executed with a lot of crossover with Gmail shortcuts (so easier to switch for those who are already using Gmail shortcuts). Snippets are also super helpful and allow you to use templates with just a few keystrokes rather than the cumbersome method implemented in Gmail. The split inboxes allow for bucketing your email into functional categories, which if used correctly can significantly increase your efficiency as well. I can honestly say that I now actually enjoying sitting down to deal with my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an android app or support for Microsoft Exchange accounts yet, but I've been told that these are in the works, and should come later this year (2020) if not early next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with email. Superhuman is super fast and efficient, and it's hands down the best email client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This really is a piece of software that you have to try and fully commit to before you can say that you need it or not. It is a relatively expensive option, but if you're someone who has to deal with a ton of emails on a daily basis, Superhuman will save you time, so it would be worth it for you.
One of the best Email Clients I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot I like about superhuman, first is the clean interface, keyboard shortcuts, dark/light mode, and little things / features that make my workflow a lot faster like being able to open links through a keyboard shortcut, while typing you can view you calendar availabilities and or view availabilities when someone sends you a request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is no Windows Application, Full Destop App for iPad, login just once and have all your emails synced automatically, you have to manually each email. There are no true integrations ( You can email the tasks to your task application, but that doesn't do Superhuman justice ) And finally, It's difficult to manage your account, wished there was the option to view billing, devices your account is connected to and where it is being accessed, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a consistent workflow where I am able to create templates and automatically send, clean my inbox so I can be more productive. I've realized that ever since I made the change from Newton to Superhuman, that I've been a lot more productive, I am very organize, I actually get excited to check my emails because of the fast keyboard shortcuts and fast speeds. I am in, check, send and out!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say, look at your priorities and workflow system, changing to Superhuman for me was the best thing as I am a Software Engineer, Work at a nonprofit doing a lot of emailing and organizing and as a small business owner. There are things I can appreciate about the application such as the speed, templates, UI design, and keyboard shortcuts other than the price, It is great! Also, look into other applications such as: Spark, Newton (Yeah it just came back from the dead with new owners), Airtmail, Polymail, etc. I'd say that Superhuman is a hybrid between Newton and Polymail.

Superhuman = Superbad
What do you like best about the product?
Their concierge onboarding was awesome and, notionally, I think they're trying to teach people better practices with inbox management, Ai, etc. Definitely was impressed for the first few minutes. Also really liked their unsubscribe feature to auto-unsubscribe from different services.
Clearbit integration was convenient for seeing more details on my contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overly complicated. Keyboard shortcuts already exist in Gmail, so I don't understand the value they bring to the table other than the Clearbit integration. There is NOWHERE in their product where you can manage your account with Superhuman and, given that you need a credit card up-front to get access to the product to trial it (which they charge as soon as they've onboarded you), you absolutely MUST give people a means of opting out. I scoured their product and couldn't find it anywhere in the settings.
The Chrome extension kept failing once I installed the mobile app and I had to keep removing it and then REDO the onboarding, including connecting to Gmail again.
Lastly, and this was sneaky, Superhuman does pixel tracking of emails. I suppose that in order to do this they needed to remove or deactivate my Outreach integration. This was done without warning me and is completely unacceptable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I thought it was going to help me get my inbox organized, but it basically uses the same simple principles that are already in Gmail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until the product is further along and you don't have to pay for it up-front before trialing.
Fastest and most productive email client I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is extremely fast and has taught me how to use shortcuts that help improve my productivity
What do you dislike about the product?
I use folders extensively to organize my emails, and have to exit to gmail whenever I need to create a new folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a large part of my day in email, often on mobile, and I found it to be painful to triage and respond to emails on mobile before
