The best way to keep your email on control everyday and get your inbox zero easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can handle your email account in an interface where everything is on hand to keep your email organized, using a Get things done methodology. The most important is to focus on the critical emails and remove all the unnecessary information. Superhuman saves you a lot of time on the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Superhuman could look very technical. At the beginning, you have to be clear about what options you will use instead of focusing on complexity inside the tool. That's something that changes as soon as you get familiarized with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to handle my daily work emails, I have the app on my iPad or iPhone, and I can look at what's essential without using my laptop every day. Then I can keep my emails and tasks organized everyday and are part of my Get Things Done methodology to keep my daily tasks organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a heavy email user that needs a tool to keep your emails organized in an efficient way using web apps besides Gmail, Superhuman could be your best option to keep your email in one place and Inbox Zero almost all days. Superhuman helps you identify the most important emails and makes them accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes email faster, keybaord shortcuts reduce time. Split inboxes good way to orginize.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for IMAP accounts, no support for google contacts, no unified inbox, no Grammarly support. Slow to release updates and features. Very expensive alternative to free services if paying the full 30/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General inbox managment and triage of incoming messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to fly through email. Keyboard commands are useful and easy to pick up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
$30/m is a lot for email. Mobile app could be better. Some features similar to what hey.com has, ie. the screener may be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my day more productive.

An email platform that will change your life

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman is one of the most hyped-up email solutions in years. And to some extent, it's worth the hype. It's an incredible clean and fast solution to managing email, especially if you're like most people and have a constant need to filter through countless newsletter subscriptions and automated notifications in order to make sure you don't miss any emails from, you know, actual people. The split inbox feature that enables you to create different inboxes for different types of emails runs circles around the promotions tab in Gmail. And the keyboard shortcuts make catching up on email a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two main downsides to Superhuman. Superhuman is built around the idea that you should only touch every email once a day, constantly prompting you to mark emails as either done or snoozed for another day. I'm positive that the Superhuman team would definitely consider this to be a feature, not a bug — but it still takes some time to get used to. I typically use my inbox as a running to-do list, but I also keep things sitting in my inbox that I know I might need to reference in the future — emails with dates/times, budget codes, etc. Superhuman wants me to snooze those, but that's difficult when I don't really know when I'll need to see them again.

The other main downside is the cost. While Superhuman is an incredible solution, it's hard to argue it's worth a full $30/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who gets far too many emails every day and often only needs to read 10% of them, Superhuman is a great way to filter out the noise and stay focused on what really matters. The keyboard shortcuts are definitely an improvement and make navigation easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes handling emails very efficient and time-effective. Great software and the support is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues connecting Superhuman with my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive and send a lot of emails, using Superhuman I can effectively manage my inbox and ensure I get to all correspondence that needs my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will transform the way you manage email.

Managing my email has never been so easy and efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has made managing multiple emails very simple and easy to do. I love having multiple accounts open in different tabs all in the browser app, to the advanced shortcuts, and the highly customizable experience of my account. Another aspect I really enjoyed was the onboarding to the tool. Megan was so helpful in helping me better understand the tool and my own habits/needs with my email. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get ahold of their email.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it lags and loads slowly. However, I quickly forget about it because of Superhuman's ability to operate offline.

One thing I will say is that I wasn't super aware of the sidebar located at the very bottom right corner of the tool, that let me access my account, billing, etc. Once I found it all was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing multiple email accounts, efficiently managing timely correspondence on a day-to-day basis, and using an email tool that allows me to customize how I manage email makes it so simple.

A fantastic email client, with a moderate learning curve before one maximizes its value.

What do you like best about the product?
More than any email client I've used, it helps me stay on top of the information flow, moving closer to "Inbox Zero." The "Splits" feature is like "labels" on steroids.
What do you dislike about the product?
At $30/month, it must deliver $1/day of net value to justify keeping it. If email runs your life or business, that's not a high bar to cross from the benefits that it delivers. Use the annual pricing, and business value is an easy case to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Similar to GMail's inbox categories for Important and Promotions, SuperHuman lets you define your own categories (called splits) and control the rules for each. It lets me set up one split for each of my active clients. The ability to "unsubscribe and trash all" is a huge time-saver for cleaning up the inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to be willing to absorb the tips over the course of a month. It's not something you will sit down and master in one sitting. It will SUCK at first, the same way touch-typing sucked when you were used to the two-finger approach. Once you learn it, it becomes lightning-fast, but you have to be willing to learn. I already wrote a much more detailed review on my own at https://primarygoals.com/superhuman

It's ok, not dramatically better than Gmail for personal email

What do you like best about the product?
It has some features that are helpful from a marketing/lead gen perspective- email open data, email scheduling capabilities, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual design makes it harder for me to look at my inbox and see what new/unread emails I have. I find it easier to review and organize my emails in Gmail. Overall a lot of hype but not enough substance to justify the monthly payment (unless someone else is paying).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send emails when I want to track delivery, open rates and times, etc.- more marketing/lead gen email sends. I like these Superhuman features but they not truly its intended functionality- if I want an email tool for marketing/lead gen, I should use something else.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's helpful for marketing/sales professionals but not as powerful as email senders built for marketing/lead gen. If your employer or someone else is paying, it's worth trying.

The best email client I've ever used...and I've used a lot!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is designed with the power user at mind - the shortcuts, the folders, the filters, the search...incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Have been a happy customer for 2 years now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My inbox used to be complete chaos prior to Superhuman...it's still not *great* - but it's definitely gotten so so much better!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Subscribe for it now and don't even look back. Truly the best product I've used in a while

A fantastic email product

What do you like best about the product?
I love navigating my inbox with a keyboard, having "read statuses" available, using snippets (templates) for common responses, and Rahul's email with new tips on functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When "read statuses" is on and you reply from inbox to a LinkedIn inmail, a bracket appears at the beginning of the message in LinkedIn. It looks goofy, so I have to turn "read statuses" on and off, which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take action on every email and no longer have a backlog of flagged items. It' nice to constantly be an inbox zero. I used to have to copy and paste job descriptions frequently, but now I save them as a snippet and can respond with a few quick clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the switch and you won't go back. In fact, you'll find yourself trying to navigate other email providers (gmail, outlook, yahoo, apple mail, etc) with your keyboard and will wish you could.
