Such a time saver! Wish I had found it sooner.
What do you like best about the product?
The quick keys make zooming through my inbox a breeze. Love that command K is such a simple feature to do so much in your inbox. I dive in a couple of times a day and it makes it so easy to get to the emails that I really need to see and respond to without getting bogged down in the clutter
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet, it's such a nice shift from Outlook for mac

Saving time in my inbox and speeding up my response time. I manage multiple clients so my inbox gets very overwhelming
Efficient Email Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman enables me to process a large volume of emails quickly while accurately sorting important emails from those that aren't. The onboarding session was incredibly helpful, allowing me to use the product comfortably and efficiently. I appreciate the user interface's polished design which minimizes distractions and enhances usability. The integration with CRM systems and calendar tools is valuable, streamlining my workflow. The speed of the UI and the intelligent email sorting system are crucial, increasing my trust and loyalty towards the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial required onboarding session to be inconvenient because I didn't want to feel forced to sit on the phone to learn how to use email. Although it ultimately turned out to be valuable, being mandated to attend was off-putting. Additionally, adjusting to using keyboard shortcuts, while beneficial, was initially challenging and required time to get used to. I also face issues with not being able to search across multiple email accounts simultaneously, which is a feature other providers offer and find necessary to manage my emails efficiently. On the mobile app, switching between accounts is cumbersome compared to the desktop version, which has easy key binds. This limitation often forces me to resort to my laptop, disrupting the fluidity and convenience of managing emails on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Superhuman accelerates email management, reducing email overload and improving task prioritization which diminishes anxiety and fatigue. Its powerful integrations and intuitive UI help streamline workflow, enhancing my daily productivity significantly.
Fast fast and easy to use email client
What do you like best about the product?
Its very fast to use and the shortcuts are a life saver. It saves so much time. Easy to pick up too and lots of features. I like coming to email if using superhuman. They are responsive too and lots of tutorials

Its very expensive. For an average user, they can reduce the pricing to make it more accessible

Getting through inbox faster and being on top of things

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman completely change the way I work with email. It was cluttered, messy, hard to follow. Now I m always at inbox zero. I never forget to replay and never forget if someone did not replay to me. If you are a busy executive it is totally worth the high price

Mobile app not as powerful as desktop version but still a lot better then google

More Focus - Less distractions
What do you like best about the product?
As someone working on multiple projects and several email addresses, starting to use Superhuman was a revelation. Finally, email is not the distraction it usually is. I can more easily stay focused on what matters and move on from what doesn't. To be honest, I feel I am still only scratching the surface with Superhuman and far from being a power user, but compared to before, it already feels light-years ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve is a bit steep. There are many hidden functions and best practices that are powerful yet not intuitive. Onboarding in-app can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbox clutter --> mental clutter. This is a godsend for better focus.
Just a perfectly executed SaaS application.
What do you like best about the product?
The app is simple to use, but just the right amount of complexity - placed so it's easy to find, but not in your face. It makes dealing with email on my own time easier to do, and the experience is perfect across any device. It's not feature overload, and the key commands make things super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's really the only email application worth paying for.

Manage too much email as efficiently as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has put thought into how to get through email quickly and efficiently. You don't need the mouse... keyboard short cuts are easy to remember and make the whole process easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Superhuman has ruined me using any other business software. The way Superhuman makes every task so simple to get through you find yourself wondering why none of other programs function as easily.

Superhuman makes it easy to stay on top of email and scheduling appts.
Essential app for work
What do you like best about the product?
Getting through email conversations quickly and efficiently without leaving my keyboard. I also use the ability to paste private conversational links into my emails constantly - pasting those links into an email that I forward to my todo app (Things) - from which I can open the email from Things within Superhuman. I only wish they had a way to automatically use Snippets to paste conversation links and forward to a task manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see them to expand some of their calendar features - and create a {private_conversational_link} placeholder in snippets. And continue to improve AI-scheduling features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working through email. Forwarding task-related-emails to my task manager with a persistent conversational-link. Using AI to detect "phishing" etc would also be a helpful feature!
Best Productivity Email Software On the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The split inboxes! This helps me prioritize what is most important. I also love the keyboard commands. I can get through emails 5x fasters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I can't say anything negative about the software.

Not getting to important emails quicker. Getting through emails faster. Having a more organized email.
