Incredible Shortcuts and Split Inbox Make Email Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts are incredible. I didn't realize I could work with software without using my mouse.
The split Inbox view has been fantastic for my ADHD. It lets me focus on what's truly important and gives my brain a break from feeling the pressure to clear all of my emails. The team has also been very supportive whenever I've had issues, and the AI support is also really great. I use the platform multiple times a da,y and it makes my life so much easier. It's also super easy to get set up with very detailed onboarding.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I can't automatically add invites to my calendar, and that there is no choice. However, I've gotten used to it now, so it's not that much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my executive functioning, meaning I can stay more organized with the rest of my tasks during the day.
AI-Powered Email Efficiency That Transforms Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Superhuman Mail is its AI-powered auto-draft and auto-reminder features. These tools help me pre-write emails, saving me time and ensuring I stay on top of my correspondence. I use Superhuman Mail daily, and it seamlessly supports my routine tasks. Installation is straightforward, and syncing with my email accounts takes just seconds, allowing me to get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't support Apple Mail, which is a real shame and not 100% standalone as you still need to use other apps such as calendar to make certain edits.

Effortless Email Management and Focused Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
This software provides me with a clear sense of overview and control. As someone who needs a tidy environment to stay focused—since clutter tends to increase my anxiety—this mail app reassures me that I won’t overlook anything and allows me to concentrate on what’s important right now. If I don’t have time to handle an email immediately, the h+time shortcut lets me reschedule it to appear later, making it effortless to delegate tasks to my future self.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know a lot of people who could save significant time and would really enjoy using it, but not everyone is ready to tackle the unavoidable learning curve at the beginning. I've seen colleagues give it a try for a few minutes, only to switch back to Gmail because they just weren't excited about adapting to a new tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps tidy everything up in a very organized way. You do need to spend some time thinking about your preferences and setting up your split inboxes and rules accordingly. However, once everything is configured, it feels like having a personal assistant who pre-sorts your emails, so you always know where to go and what tasks to tackle next. I also appreciate how it simplifies small tasks, making it less likely to forget them. For instance, when coordinating a meeting time over email, once the details are finalized, you can just press B and it will automatically create a calendar event with the correct name, location, meeting link, and the right people as guests. All you have to do is confirm, and it’s done—I never forget to actually create the calendar event anymore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
faster email traige and team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super helpful with responses when i am not in a normal business hours mindset, handling business responsibilities 24/7 is imperative for my small business. /The AI support keeps my responses short to the point, friendly and swiftly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI editing right in my mail. And all my messages flowing to a point of contact I control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications with multiple sources of messages, this keeps me in the loop on many important tasks and requests. Before superhuman I would have to go to multiple platforms to look for all comments or communication flows to determine an appropriate response. No more middle of the night searching for messages I may have missed before replying to a group.
