Buying back your TIME
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to tackle my multiple inboxes across personal/professional faster than any other application in existence. Onboarding and ongoing usage tips keep the features fresh on your mind. It is easy to set up and use. I have no idea how customer support is because I have never needed them! I can't imagine my life without Superhuman as I use it everyday and is worth every penny.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhumans handling of calendar events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings, effective follow-up reminders, and AI assisted email search is exceptional
A refreshingly new way to manage emails
What do you like best about the product?
Inbox 0. The lack of distractions in having an endless list of emails means I'm not feeling overwhelmed by emails. Setting up required little to no effort as it categorised things seamlessly for me by tagging sales pitches vs internal emails vs customer emails, newsletters and everything in between. The fact it gets the right emails to me in the right folders when I need it and allows seamless keyboard shortcuts to make replying means I can spend as little time as possible every day using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's maybe a learning curve to those who are used to more traditional email platforms so going from gmail to using a bit of a more AI powered email platform straight to Superhuman meant I had to get over some frustrations around lack of buttons and more keyboard shortcuts but the lack of buttons actually saves distractions so that's maybe not a bad thing. My 'Important' folder seems to be my default home screen but there's maybe an opportunity to have more of a 'Home' screen that can summarise my activity, show important tasks, help me prioritise and tell me how much time i've saved using Superhuman.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency for me using an email platform and also for not distracting me from irrelevant emails. I usually try to inbox 0 EVERYTHING, but since it gets the right emails in front of me I often don't worry about the 'Others' as much. I feel more productive with it.
Gives me back hours of my time every week!
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman has so many good features, I can't pick just one. First, it was very easy to set up. I thought it would take hours to learn the program, but it was just minutes. The split inbox reduces context switching, so I can fly through emails without so much mental fatigue. Keyboard shortcuts make managing email so easy to do. It literally cuts hours off the time it takes to manage my inbox. The single "Superhuman command" (CMD+K) means I don't have to dig through settings or FAQs to figure out what I want to do. I did sign up to watch a live "Superhuman Essentials" video training, and that showed me a few tips that I hadn't yet picked up - like, I can view my calendar right in Superhuman with the press of a single key. I use it every single day. I'm a small business owner, a team of one (it's just me juggling client work, admin, everything), and Superhuman has turned my inbox from a drag to something I'm excited to do each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman doesn't offer a free trial, which would have been helpful. But since my inbox was such a major pain point, I decided the monthly cost was worth the risk to see if it could deliver on its promises. The monthly fee is a bit steep for my (very) small business. But seeing how much time and frustration it saves me? It's totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email was eating up way too much of my time. I'm a small business owner (a business of one - no employees, no contractors), and my inbox was incredibly frustrating. I felt like I could never get to the bottom of it. Everything was jumbled together (even though I tried using Gmail labels and rules and filters), and I was missing emails from important contacts. The split inboxes and AI writing assistant help me stay on top of important messages. Now, instead of my inbox being a source of stress, it's something I'm actually able to manage efficiently.
Great way to get thru email waaaay faster than before
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of getting thru emails while using hotkeys is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks a little bland and needs better images and celebration for getting to inbox zero each day.

Solving the multiple email accounts and time spend checking email by making this way faster!
Really made my email experience easier, by organizing how I manage, read and send messages.
What do you like best about the product?
Split inbox and how easy it is to separate your emails and go through them in a better and friendlier way. Reminders is also a great way to keep track of conversations and organizing my work. Scheduling and read status are also very useful tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes search function returns results from years past and not the most recent emails that match the query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say problemas, but it's helping me manage better my personal most valuable resource: time. It really stands to it's promise of a faster way to go through email and focus on the most important ones.
Fantastic Email Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up Superhuman, only needing to link with my email accounts. The customer support is prompt and even includes responses from the founder, Raul. Superhuman sorts my emails efficiently and allows me to manage them quickly. The keyboard shortcuts significantly speed up my email processing. I use the AI feature regularly for grammar checking and generating email responses, which I find incredibly helpful. I also appreciate the follow-up reminders, which are fantastic for keeping track of tasks. Overall, Superhuman maintains my preference for email management, and I would happily purchase it again as it meets my needs perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a 'view all' feature to view different email accounts at the same time so I could look at all my units in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Superhuman sorts and manages my emails efficiently, streamlining my email tasks with shortcuts. The AI features are invaluable for grammar checks and crafting responses, while reminders enhance my follow-up process.
Efficiant and definatly cuts down time on emails
What do you like best about the product?
Fast once you master the shortcuts. It's incredibly practical, no distractions, smart filters work very well, and it's really helped me alot to respond to the more important time-sensitive emails way faster and to plow through the emails at maximum speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
All connected email accounts are treated separately. It took a while to get used to, but in essence, it is more practical. I can now keep my personal email much better separated from work and don't accidentally send emails from the wrong account. The bad thing is that the search feature is not working across all connected accounts, which frustrates me alot. This is the only real bottleneck that I've run into that kills the momentum when trying to plow through emails. Same issue regarding the email template, which they call "snippets"; it's kept local to the account it was created for, so I ended up having to create multiple identical snippets for many of my accounts. This is a slight setback, but it still gets my highest reccomendation because in other aspects they are doing a wonderful job.

What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts are the best part of SH and that it kinda gamifies whole process of doing email. I was using SH some 5 years ago, then switched back to Gmail, as I added shortcuts to Gmail too and I thought that it was not worth to pay for SH, as main benefits I already had on Gmail. But after getting back to SH last month, I admit, I was wrong. Also, SH is more powerful now that before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't see much downsides. Only thing is that on Google ecosystem you have everything interconnected, from Gmail to drive to Gmeet and it's comfortable, but you I getting almost that with SH too and experience of handling with emails is on another level.
Maybe price might be not worth for some people who are not heavy on email too.

Superhuman is the simplest and best UI email client
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the UI, it really makes the visual aspect of using an email client so straightforward. It doesn't have lots of fluff, just a simple get to work email client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more integrations. They currently only have a few. The one thing I wish it would integrate is with Carddav or on my Mac with my apple contacts. It only pulls contacts from Google Contacts and I have several different contact lists from different locations.

What I love most about this email client is how streamlined the UI feels. The design is minimal and intuitive, which makes it incredibly easy to stay focused on the one thing that matters: writing and sending emails. There aren’t layers of unnecessary menus or distracting features getting in the way — just a clean, efficient flow that keeps me in the zone.
Before this, I was using Shift, which basically shows Gmail’s full interface. While that worked for a while, I eventually found the clutter of Gmail — tabs, labels, sidebars, and extra tools — distracting and even a bit draining. It felt like too much was always happening on the screen, and my focus kept slipping away from the actual task of communicating.

makes email EFFICIENT
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman helps me get through my email smoothly and efficiently, ie it saves me time! I though the keyboard shortcuts would be difficult to learn but they are so easy and really help with speed of getting through inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, I have used Superhuman for years and could not go back to regular email.
