Simplifies Email Management with AI-Driven Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman helps me stay on top of my emails without getting bogged down in clutter. The auto reminders and auto drafts are invaluable, using AI to draft emails for me, so I just have to hit send. The focused inbox and tabs are efficient, clearing my inbox and incentivizing action. It integrates well with Google Calendar, creating events automatically, which is great for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto archiving feature is something I don't like, and I haven't figured out how to turn it off; it feels like I'm missing emails I don't want archived -- but that's user error. The iOS experience needs to be more natural, as it's not working well for me, possibly due to missing the onboarding process, and I don't know how to revisit the onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman helps me stay on top of emails, effectively send and follow-up, reducing clutter and boosting confidence in generating business. Auto reminders and drafts streamline my workflow, making email management efficient and more manageable.
Superhuman gave me hours back every week
What do you like best about the product?
The combination of speed and clarity. Split Inbox makes sure important conversations never get buried, auto-labeling keeps things organized, and the AI draft replies actually capture my tone. The keyboard shortcuts and command palette are game-changers, after a few days, email feels lighter and faster. It’s the first tool that made my inbox feel under control instead of overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is definitely above the average SaaS tool at $30/month. I hesitated at first, but after seeing how much time it saves me, the cost feels worth it. That said, I’d love to see even more integrations with other productivity tools to make the workflow even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman is solving the daily chaos of managing hundreds of emails. Before, my inbox felt like an endless to-do list I could never finish. Now, Split Inbox and auto-labeling keep me focused on priority conversations, while unsubscribe and reminders clear out the noise. The AI-powered draft replies help me answer faster without losing my tone, and the shortcut palette makes every action instant. The biggest benefit is time – I easily save several hours each week, which I can put back into actual work instead of inbox management.
Finally someone is re-thinking email for the modern era.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman makes it really easy and fast to work through your inbox. Once you learn the basic shortcuts, it really does make going through most of your emails quite quick. In addition, their AI features work really well and better than I've seen in other alternatives. It's what you would expect in terms of AI integrations with email, but they've done a really great job with it. For example, it does a great job of improving your writing, making it more concise, and even has an option to write in your own voice as it learns how you like to write. It will also reply to an email based on the short instructions you give to the AI in your voice. It works quite well and can save time in many cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar integration works fine, but it's clearly not where the focus has been for the dev team. It's fine for searching through calendars and creating meetings, but when you have to go more in depth to look through calendars, look for previous meetings, or perhaps write an email as you're looking at a calendar, it comes up a bit short vs. what you can do in Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me work through my inbox and address the most important emails. It's also great at reminding me to follow up on emails and reducing clutter as I open my email application so I can focus on most important emails.
Lifesaver - helps me stay on top of the million things happening in our org
What do you like best about the product?
Shortcuts, lighweight feel, easy to use. Excellent onboarding program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the AI feature on Android. Other than that it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacement for Outlook's terrible UI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have seen it before and thought that all email clients are the same so I did purchase it then. I regret that decision. Do be like me. Try it out now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email management
This is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
It makes so many things easier. It brings in my calendar when I'm scheduling meetings. It writes email replies with Ai and a couple notes. It makes it really fast to archive or postpone emails and get to zero inbox. I've never gotten to zero inbox before this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI replies could be improved. And the auto-labels and auto-archiving seem more complex than they need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowded inbox and having to go between apps for scheduling meetings.
I am still getting used to it but so far impressed. When more familiar the score may improve
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features so far for me are the keyboard shortcuts and how it separates emails into buckets, meaning important emails don't get buried under junk
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, the price is at the top end of what I would be willing to pay though. Had it not been so much I would have signed up earlier as I am a small business so it is a big monthly expense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The triage of old email and the reminders are extremely handy. I also like the labelling and the speed at which it enables me to work through my busy inbox. The AI writing assistant is good too.
Fast and easy with a clever AI assistant.
What do you like best about the product?
I can ask AI to find e-mails, links, dates, summarise e-mails and discussions, draft agendas and e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot create folders with rules to bypass the inbox and send certain e-mails directly to those folders. I have to click on everything. Labelling in Gmail is also not effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diarising e-mail are quick and easy and they pop back up , marked in purple, on the appropriate day.
Organized my inbox and made collaboration easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows users to comment on email threads and tag team members. When a team member is tagged, they'll see future replies in the thread: not just previous ones. Users can also see when a team member is actively replying to an email, which makes collaboration so much easier.
Superhuman was really easy to set up, and the AI organization features are excellent.
I'm the kind of person who lets emails and text messages pile up, but I regularly achieve inbox zero with Superhuman.
Our whole team now uses Superhuman, and the transition has been easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web app and mobile app both have text boxes at the bottom of the page when you're viewing an email thread. On the web app, typing in that text box will leave a comment. On mobile, typing in that text box will reply to the email. Me and my team have all responded to an email when we wanted to leave a comment and left a comment when we wanted to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team really only has one point of contact for customers, and making sure that client emails get to the person doing the work had been a struggle. Superhuman made it so much easier.
