A superior email experience
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use, has some game changer features such as ‘recent opens’ and smart use of AI to auto triage emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Search facility of emails is ok but needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient use of time spent managing email. Prioritising key email threads
Email that is fast and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to triage and reply to email faster than I’ve ever been able to previously. Snippets, auto responses and shortcuts have made getting to zero inbox easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many cool features that I don’t use perfectly. I’d love to use it even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving getting bogged down in email. I can quickly triage and then focus on what is important while responding quickly to simple, repetitive things.
Help me stay organized and keep my inbox at zero
What do you like best about the product?
The philosophy behind it is designed to make you efficient (focus on keyboard navigation) and keep your inbox organized (aiming at zero inbox).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that visually the interface is worse than Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me focus on keeping my inbox at zero while making sure I have addressed everything. For me, the keyboard navigation and the "remind me later" feature are the most useful features. The keyboard navigation requires a little bit of training/time to get used to but once you get them you can work much faster. The "remind me later" is very useful as sometimes there are messages that clutter your inbox and that you can't address at the moment. For those, you just press "H" and tell it to remind you (in a few hours, days, etc). The message will go away and return to your inbox when you are able to address it.
Clear ROI on time spent emailing
What do you like best about the product?
I can zero my inbox in half the time it normally takes using Gmail or another app. It's super quick, it automatically triages a large number of emails and the keybinds make responding and manual triage super quick. If you are an executive, this will save you loads of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Superhuman had a calendar scheduling function in it, but otherwise there are no real downsides. Super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent writing emails. This saves me hours and hours (sometimes every day).
Superhuman is the most accurate title
What do you like best about the product?
Speed and clarity. Both of which literally = money in my business/
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. At first, there is a bit of a learning curve and getting used to keyboard-driven email, and occasionally, when new features are launched. However, any initial slowdowns pay off 10x once understood and implemented properly -- in reality, that is not much of a detractor at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, prioritizing, and cleaning my inbox and as a result my To Do list. It saves me time removes distractions and allows me to shelf important, but for later items as well.
Fast and intuitive, I'm hooked and can't use anything else.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman makes handling emails faster with its intuitive keyboard shortcuts and clean, non-cluttered UI. Its email snoozing feature ensures I never miss follow-ups. The overall speed and responsiveness greatly enhance my email productivity and workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced a bit of a learning curve with Superhuman, primarily in adapting to the keyboard shortcuts and the new user interface. It took some time to get used to its opinionated approach to email management. Additionally, I am not really impressed with the AI features offered by Superhuman. I also wish there was more integration with task management and calendar software. Currently, I rely on other tools like VimCal for these purposes, but having everything integrated into one platform would streamline my productivity and reduce the number of different tools I need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to manage my emails and tasks faster, utilizing keyboard shortcuts and snoozing features. It ensures I never miss follow-ups and serves as the source of truth for my productivity.
Helps me hate email way less
What do you like best about the product?
Getting an email app from a company actually trying to make the email experience better is refreshing. I can't stand the Gmail interface and appreciate Superhuman tackling the exact things that make email so annoying, like sharing availability for meetings and reminding me to follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Paying for email vs. it being free is the only downside, but it's worth it to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get through my email faster and hate the process less. That means more time spent on my real job and with my kids.
Reduces my email stress by 40%
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure I can back up that number with data, but that's what it feels like. The clean interface, the split inboxes, the keyboard shortcuts, and the command menu make getting to inbox zero possible and let me batch my work for efficiency even when I can't. The "share availability" feature is the best version of a booking link I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to get away from gmail to something more private, like Proton, but that and Microsoft are Superhuman's only options at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Channeling the deluge of email into manageable flows.
Superhuman literally makes me feel like I'm one
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not kidding—this is hands down the best app I've ever used, and I'm totally hooked. I use it daily, and it makes my life so much more efficient. No more stressing over a cluttered inbox—Superhuman gives you instant relief. Say goodbye to frustration and hello to email peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING, it is perfect. Maybe the only thing is that the mobile app is not as awesome but is still amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay sharp and ensures I never forget to respond to an email. I almost always reply immediately after receiving one. It feels amazing to stay on top of follow-ups—Superhuman reminds me exactly when and how to do them. Their AI assistant is incredible, and the snippets feature is a huge time-saver.

Beautiful design, snappy shortcuts, and really fast to flip through emails now. I check my email every day now and rarely miss an email. Also really like the calendar integration

Still a little finicky to learn the exact shortcuts; sometimes it's still confusing how to do basic things like go backwards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to scroll past my emails or save tasks for later
