Critical to My Workflow, Exceptional AI Improvements

  • February 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Superhuman Mail pretty much every single day, hundreds of times. It gets me through my inbox incredibly fast. The shortcuts and snippets are incredible. The AI has improved by leaps and bounds over the last year. Hats off to Raul and Gaurav, the team there—they've been amazing. Superhuman Mail is one of the best apps there is, and it's critical to my workflow. The onboarding service, when I first started, was amazing, though I don't believe they have it as high-touch anymore. Regardless, I've learned all the hot keys now. The initial setup was incredibly easy. I'm looking forward to trying out the Gamma integration too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just in continuous improvements to AI, I think that's the future. And, making it more voice, using, maybe to write my emails in voice. I use the command key and in Apple, I don't use my keyboard anymore. So any improvements to voice would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail gets me through my inbox incredibly fast and solves a ton of issues like writing professional emails.

Supercharges Email Productivity with Ease

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the paradigm that Superhuman Mail has developed. At first, it was a bit uncomfortable because I'm not used to working with email in this way, where it's basically one stream of consciousness in one pane where all your important emails flow into, and you handle them one at a time. But after a few days, it became super intuitive and I became super productive, especially using the keystrokes that Superhuman Mail has. It makes doing operations super fast. It's been extremely positive, and I just find it extremely well designed and easy to use. I'm very impressed by the intelligence Superhuman has when it comes to separating important emails from the not-so-important ones. The keystrokes make it very easy for me to compose an email, move an email to archive, and use the AI agent inside the editor or in the side panel. The interface, combined with the keystrokes, makes it super fast to go through my email every day. I think the AI that Superhuman uses has been trained very well. It's extremely efficient and accurate. Plus, it was extremely easy to set up and very easy to use. Once it was set up, Superhuman imported all of my email history, understood my tone, and how I communicate, which is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I submitted a few bug reports. For example, when I'm using the AI assistant in the side panel to create a calendar event, the event gets saved on my calendar, but the panel still shows the email with options to cancel or save it, leading to confusion. I often end up with duplicate meetings scheduled at the same time. This is something in the user interface, user experience that needs to be corrected. Also, with the AI assistant, it would be nice to be able to add external context. Even though Superhuman uses my email history and calendar, it sometimes doesn't have full context. Adding a file upload feature for extra context when drafting emails would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to organize my day and prioritize my emails. It effectively separates important emails from non-important ones, making it easier to manage my inbox. The AI assistant helps me create emails and schedule meetings, making my workflow more efficient.

Streamlined Email Management with Superhuman Mail

  • February 25, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the minimal UI and keyboard shortcuts. These keep the email experience focused and efficient. I also really enjoy seeing the daily picture when I get to zero inbox. Consolidating all my inboxes in one place is such a nice experience. The minimal UI keeps me from getting distracted and puts important information up front. The keyboard shortcuts save me tons of time by keeping my hands on the keyboard so I can wiz through several actions quickly. The inbox consolidation allows me to quickly swap between inboxes with a keyboard shortcut so I don't have to switch browser tabs or tools. The messaging feature allows teammates to have conversations inline with the email thread without leaving the tool. The initial setup of Superhuman Mail was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often cannot find what I am looking for when I use the search feature. If I'm looking for an email but don't know who sent it or when, even though I remember keywords, I rarely find it that way. There's a lot of noise from other emails that have been archived. I typically use the AI feature in search, which works better. It would be helpful to guide users to this AI search feature rather than the regular search bar to find what they are looking for quickly and with context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail consolidates my inboxes, boosting productivity through keyboard shortcuts and a distraction-free UI, allowing quick navigation across accounts.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI in Superhuman Mail helps me reply pretty quickly, making it the easiest for email processing. I find sorting emails and setting it up to be pretty straightforward. Storing incoming emails is simple, though I still need to learn how to set up folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not so enthusiastic about all the keyboard strokes. There could be a better interface. And, I'd like to see an IMAP interface. I have a whole other email account that I don't have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to process emails quickly with the help of AI. It makes replying fast and sorting emails easy.

Supercharged Email Management with Minor Navigation Hiccups

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman Mail is a rock star at speeding through emails. The command j shortcut is amazing because it lets me rephrase what I want to say in my own voice, and it quickly reformats it beautifully. The slew of shortcuts available makes it easy to send off emails, mark them done, or very easily set reminders for next week, this week, tomorrow, or in two hours. This really makes life so much easier. I also appreciate that it preserves my voice and knows how I usually write to a specific person, maintaining the context of previous emails. It speeds things up and eliminates the need to use an external language learning model (LLM) and copy-paste back into the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little hard to navigate. I can't read between the different emails, like, identify which are the other emails and searching for emails is a little hard. It's also hard to remember the shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Superhuman Mail speeds through my emails with command j to rephrase in my own voice, and shortcuts make sending, marking as done, or setting reminders super quick. It preserves my voice and context, making my life so much easier.

Organization Tools, Helpful AI, and Seamless Calendar Sync

  • February 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I especially love the organization tools, embedded AI that actually helps with drafting and summarizing, smart automations that reduce repetitive work, and the seamless calendar sync features — particularly how easy it is to find time across multiple calendars and send booking links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Outlook for years, there is an adjustment to not having folders and some of the function differences. Just a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After years of using Outlook, switching to Superhuman took a short adjustment period, but once I got used to the different workflows and shortcuts, the impact was immediate. Superhuman has likely cut at least an hour off my day by making my inbox faster and more intentional to manage. I especially love the organization tools, embedded AI that actually helps with drafting and summarizing, smart automations that reduce repetitive work, and the seamless calendar sync features — particularly how easy it is to find time across multiple calendars and send booking links. If you live in your inbox, the efficiency gains are real.

Powerful Search, Smooth Navigation, and AI That Helps You Reach Inbox Zero

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Search that actually works, smooth keyboard-based navigation, AI that’s genuinely useful… and, at last, a real way to reach inbox zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that it isn’t free, unlike Gmail or Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I receive a lot of emails in both my work and personal accounts, and this helps me get to inbox zero more efficiently. It makes it easier to unsubscribe from mailing lists, filter spam, triage messages, draft responses, and even check spelling.

Efficient Email Management with AI Assistance

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI Draft feature in Superhuman Mail. It's fantastic to see a draft already written when I need to reply to an email. This feature helps me because I spend less time crafting my messages and the tone of these email drafts is often great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some shortcuts on mobile could be improved. It'd be great to have a repository somewhere, where we could find all these shortcuts on mobile. I think the onboarding was long, but the setup was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to make email sorting and writing more efficient. The AI Draft feature saves me time crafting messages, and the tone of the drafts is often great, helping me with emails.

Boosts Focus, Streamlines Email Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to hide emails until I need to address them. It helps me create a hyper-focused environment for working on what actually matters at that moment, avoiding inbox fatigue and analysis paralysis. I also think the hotkeys allow quick management and sorting, which is great. Spending a few minutes at the start or end of each day going through the inbox, setting reminders, marking as done, and using AI to help auto draft replies is fantastic. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more native integrations, like with ChatGPT and Notebook LM as examples. I also wish the calendar integration with Gmail would work better. I like the ability to set different kinds of calendar invites and time blocks based on color and task, and I can't do that at the moment. I sometimes have to switch to Google Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail reduces inbox fatigue, simplifies switching between tools, and eliminates the need for to-do lists. I love hiding emails to focus on what's important, using hotkeys for quick management, and employing AI for drafting replies.
