Streamlines Email Management for Busy Entrepreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI search in Superhuman Mail because you don't have to know a bunch of keywords or triggers like you do with Outlook. You can just tell AI something like, 'I made a hotel reservation last month for Atlanta in April, remind me where I'm staying,' and it will find the email and tell you. By allowing Superhuman to do a search for me, it cuts down on time. It can find the email much faster without me having to manage it. I can start a search for something I'm looking for, go off and do other work, and then come back to see the results. Additionally, the onboarding process and the videos are very helpful, making it easier, and they’re accessible for a refresher if needed. I also love the keyboard shortcuts, even though they might be a barrier for some people, I find them wonderful. Lastly, I think they've done a good job providing training videos for people to onboard them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The heavy use of keyboard shortcuts might be a barrier for some people who aren't power users, as they might have a problem memorizing them, even though there are alternative options like using a mouse. Another issue is the lack of color differentiation for multiple accounts, which can make it difficult to visually separate them, leading to potential mistakes like sending emails from the wrong account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to remind me to follow-up on emails, ensuring I don't forget about messages or miss responses. This helps me stay on top of business leads and focus on important tasks without being distracted by constant email notifications.
Supercharges Email Management and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Superhuman Mail helps me organize my inbox and stay on top of important emails. It has this fantastic feature of splitting emails into different inboxes, which lets me prioritize what matters and clear out my inbox more efficiently. The AI features are super handy too, as it learns what I’m doing and auto drafts emails for me. It even reminds me of things I need to respond to, acting almost like an email assistant, making sure nothing gets lost. The setup was pretty easy, and the tutorial really helped me understand each part of Superhuman Mail. The interface is user-friendly, and overall, it’s a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times when it kind of glitched and didn't reload, so I had to restart my computer to make it come back and function. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve with the auto labeling, especially if something is in a certain split inbox and I can't move it to a different one. I'm figuring that out and making sure important stuff isn't getting missed. I feel like some of it's user error, and some of it's just the AI and trying to navigate those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to save time and organize my inbox, helping me get to important stuff quickly. It splits my emails into different inboxes for prioritization, clears out my inbox to prevent overwhelm, and acts like an email assistant, speeding up responses.
Boosts Productivity with Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Superhuman Mail's improved AI, which is actually useful and relevant. The AI feature for searching emails and summarizing them is fantastic for looking stuff up. It's also great for scheduling with team members and finding replies to an email, helping to coordinate schedules with colleagues. It saves clicks and time, which is amazing. I love the inbox zero feature as it helps keep my inbox clear, and since I'm someone who lives in their inbox, it's really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to add a task or to-do function. Most salespeople or people have a call on the calendar or an email that requires action, so adding a tasking feature where you could link to an email or a calendar event and then complete the task and follow up would be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail probably saves me two to three hours a day of mental work, thought, follow-ups, typing, and scheduling. It's incredible. The AI feature is fantastic for searching and summarizing emails, scheduling with team members, saving clicks and time, and loving the inbox zero feature.
Speedy Email Management with Streamlined Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Superhuman Mail because the keyboard shortcuts make processing my emails so much faster, especially when clearing out junk or moving emails from my inbox to done. Also, the calendar integration is very convenient, as I can pull up the calendar while typing an email about availability, saving me from switching between a calendar app and an email app. The AI features are really nice too, as they help me rewrite and edit emails, making them grammatically correct with a pleasant tone. Overall, these features help me save time and keep my workflow smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I wish it had would be a unified inbox so I don't have to switch between accounts as often. While that's a small detail, I wouldn't mind the buttons within the application to be a little bit bigger. From time to time, I use the mouse, and having something just a little bit easier to click wouldn't be bad. But overall, it's very clean and good user experience.

Superhuman Mail makes processing emails quicker, filters out junk and marketing emails, and its keyboard shortcuts help me manage emails efficiently.

I like the feeling of safety that Superhuman Mail provides, ensuring that I don't miss or drop anything important. I value the feature where by hitting the 'h' key, I can postpone emails or remind myself at a specific time. The initial setup was very easy.

Sleek and Efficient, But Needs Mobile Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how sleek Superhuman Mail is. I love how I can find things really easily. And I love when I've lost track of a really long conversation, being able to use AI to read all the emails and give me a summary and remind me what we were discussing in the conversation. It helps me with time management as I'm able to see things more easily and quickly. When I'm not ready to deal with something, it's really easy to snooze it so that I can use it later. Superhuman Mail is the best at finding documents, which was the hardest thing I'd dealt with in other email systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not as thrilled with the mobile app yet as I'm still learning it. I'd love to see some changes to that, and I'm still learning some of the keyboard shortcuts and things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail for managing my inbox, tracking follow-up emails and documents. It solves time management issues by allowing me to snooze emails and see things quickly. Superhuman Mail is the best at finding documents and uses AI to summarize conversations I've lost track of.
Effortless Email Management with Superhuman Mail
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can go through my email and sort everything, and be able to interact with the AI to get the answers I need from my emails. So that the information is just not stuck in there. It works much better than any kind of search bar in Outlook that I've found. It was very easy. It went through all my emails, and sorted everything out. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if it's me, but when I ask about a certain email, it can tell me the information. But sometimes, I just want that email pulled up right away or be able to click on it. So that might be me, but I just want to be able to find the exact email I'm looking for. And pull it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to manage a mountain of emails, quickly sort them, and interact with AI to find important information, which is superior to Outlook's search functionality.
Superhuman Mail: Productivity with Innovative Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the productivity that Superhuman Mail gives me at the speed I can get things done. It has very interesting features, such as artificial intelligence that reviews the email I'm writing or helps me write an email more quickly. The context it has of my entire inbox, as well as the emails I'm conversing with, helps me a lot. It's all very personalized and makes me faster and more to the point. Additionally, the setup was super easy, quick to use and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would mention 2 features that I miss, one is the management of removing email subscriptions. I don't think it works well, I click, try to make it work but it hasn't been working. Additionally, I miss a feature to block events in a synchronized way between calendars, since I have activities in my personal and professional calendars. I would like that when an event is in one calendar, it would block the time in the other, and this currently doesn't exist. That's why I use Notion Calendar for this.

Superhuman Mail helps me be productive and organized, reading important emails and managing daily ones quickly.
Minimalistic Design, No Nonsense Email Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Superhuman Mail for its extremely clean and minimalistic interface. There's no clutter and no distractions, which is something I love when opening the software. The way it looks and how I interact with it is just enjoyable to me. I fell in love with Superhuman Mail the moment I opened it, thanks to its UI and interface design. The setup was also extremely simple, making it easy to get started. I also like the daily emails I receive, which talk about one feature of Superhuman Mail. These emails help me learn something new each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Superhuman Mail is pretty expensive compared to other email products I've tried. While everything works perfectly well, I haven't fully used most of the features properly, especially the calendar integration. I also haven't integrated it with any other tools and software, but it would be nice if Superhuman Mail provided services for the tools I primarily use, like Ai Note Taker, similar to Granola and WhatsApp-based assistants like Memorae (which would be a nice addition to what Superhuman Go does).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me manage email clutter by categorizing spam and subscription mails, allowing me to reach inbox zero and focus on new emails.
Streamlined Email Management for Busy Entrepreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Superhuman lets me see all the important emails in one area and helps me achieve inbox zero every day. It allows me to reschedule important emails to pop up in a day, two days, or a week, etc. making it easier for me to manage them and follow up on important conversations so nothing gets pushed to the back burner. The VIP section lets me specify domains I always want to see as important. We used Fyxer.ai before switching to Superhuman, and the filtering is leaps and bounds better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was drowning in email and missing important messages before switching to Superhuman. Superhuman helps me sift through the noise and respond to and track of important emails quickly and easily, helping me focus on what really matters.
