Speedy Email Management with Room for AI Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed and keybindings of Superhuman Mail. It makes going through emails quite easy and allows me to prioritize sharply what is urgent and important. Also, the initial setup was exceptionally easy, and it helped sort out all my old emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the templates and AI features could be better. The pre-written email templates seem lacking, the AI features like summarization and AI chatbot don't always work well for finding stuff in my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail to manage my work email, solving clutter and helping with speed and calendar management.

Fastest Email Processing and Replies I’ve Ever Used

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the fastest tool I’ve ever used for processing and responding to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a premium product and is more expensive than anything else on the market.

It can be rigid in rendering email and there are a couple of newsletters that it won’t display correctly / at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me process email efficiently and respond more reliably when I’m dealing with a large volume of messages. By using AI, I can extract detailed information from a range of emails, even when I need to look back over a long period of time.

Overall, it’s helped me be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
It strikes the perfect balance between not distracting me and not letting things slip through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got unique hot keys which makes it a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was drowning in emails and all their accompanying distraction, and in order to get work done, I just had to ignore email through most of the day. This meant I was getting things done with the cost being that some important emails were slipping through the cracks. I tried many solutions for this, all of which cost me more time and mental energy without benefit. Superhuman seems to get it right, and it did so right away. I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Email reminders let you structure your tasks by tracking progress through emails: they clear out of your inbox, but reappear when you set a reminder. It’s a simple way to keep your inbox free from noise while still staying on top of what matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more email formatting options, such as the ability to highlight text in email replies and some basic font management. I’d also like a better way to control the panes, especially the right-hand pane, although I’m not sure there’s a better approach than what they’ve already designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It removes noise and helps me focus.
2. Email is no longer my main work window, which makes my day more organized.
3. It saves me a massive amount of time by helping me manage tasks that are coming in through emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Sorting of incoming emails into categories that I can process differently. Speed of keyboard shortcuts and overall performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest issue, and one that stops me using Superhuman for my business email account is that there is no preview panel for emails. I need to be able to use a keyboard down arrow to go down the list of new emails and read the email without having to go into it.

I receive a large number of monitoring emails and the simple action of having to enter the email and then exit is one step too many.

I've also found that Superhuman struggles with my business email account as I have over 100,000 historical emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my personal email accounts, I receive a large volume of marketing, promotional, and newsletter emails. They aren’t spam, but I do need a way to sort them into categories so I can quickly scan through them and then delete them manually.

I guess emails from superhuman itself, although i do find some value as i discover some features I use.

Superhuman Mail Supercharged My Productivity and De-cluttered my Inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman mail has been a serious game-changer for my productivity;
- I now routinely get to the bottom of my inbox rather then being swamped by mail because of the segregated inbox function where priority emails are always pushed to the top.
- I find great efficiencies with the AI search function where it can scan my inbox to answer contextual questions about an email I sent weeks or months ago.
- I really also love the clean look of their UI, far less cluttered and serene than my standard inbox view.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that at times I do find it hard to locate emails that may be seen as 'SPAM' and are auto-filtered by the tool away from my inbox... emails like those pesky one-time codes to access other online portals etc. BUt seriously, that's it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman mail is helping to provide order to my inbox... My inbox is no longer just a capture of emails in chronological order of arrival, Superhuman helps to filter them by priority in the split inbox view (I never miss a signature request for instance... they are always bubbled to the top and filed separately as 'Signatures'). There is also a ton of context hidden in my inbox, and the Superhuman AI makes it super easy to dig through the noise to surface that context when needed (for instance, I often ask AI things like: "I sent an email about a month ago to Nancy and I provided her with a quote for an add-on package, can you remind me what price I quoted, were there any one-time discounts offered?". Love Sperhuman Mail.
