Superhuman Mail: The Ultimate Productivity Booster for Email Management

  • December 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman Mail is the ideal productivity tool. The clean interface reduces distraction, while the shortcuts are invaluable in speeding through email. Superhuman Mail allows you to customize the organization of your inbox so important emails are easily accessible and at the forefront. It integrates into my workflow easily, allowing me to check multiple email accounts and manage my calendar with ease. Superhuman Mail is a constant in my productivity workflow and something that I rely on multiple times each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing significant that I dislike about Superhuman Mail. There are times when I need to throw something on my calendar while I am in Superhuman, which requires some gymnastics if I am the only participant in the event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a busy middle manager, I find that Superhuman Mail offers an efficient interface for handling the hundreds of emails I receive daily. Since integrating Superhuman Mail into my workflow, I have been able to cut down my email processing time by at least an hour each week, and on some days, I save more than 30 minutes. The keyboard shortcuts have become second nature to me, so I rarely need to use my mouse while managing my inbox. The search features allow me to quickly find emails, while colleagues struggle within the native email client.

Gmail Management and Inbox Zero Achieved

  • December 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That it helps to streamline the use of gmail. I can maintain an inbox zero much more easily, and have the historic correspondence filed away for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm not fond of so far is the prompt to reply with an internal comment on an email thread. Sometime I mistake this for the reply to all and then find that my message wasn't receive by everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Organization of inbox. Filtering what is important from spam or marketing that doesn't need to be prioritized.

Achieved Inbox Zero Effortlessly with Superhuman

  • December 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It really facilitates my ability to achieve "inbox zero" - and with the added capability of taking action on emails quickly with keyboard entries on the desktop or quick actions on the mobile. Directing less important emails to other folders or deferring them also helps greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much an indictment of superhuman, but of us as humans, and the way we have been using email for years. I really had to rewire my brain before I could fully commit to being superhuman. Mainly, and this can be a barrier for most, if you use M365/Outlook in the organization. For a while, I had to be in both clients - now I am about 97% superhuman. With a super random need to open Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
giving me back time from mundane tasks. Triaging hundreds of daily email messages, both automatically, and with the ability to defer for later. Most recently, I will compose a response using the AI assistant, sometimes sending the entire thing as automatically written. And finally, with the improvements of the AI assistant, I can now have LONG, complicated messages summarized, key actions provided, and even take action on the message based on the outcomes.

Effortless Email Management with a Sleek, Minimalist Interface

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The software stands out for its ease of use, especially when navigating with keyboard commands on a desktop. Its sharp, minimalist interface makes for a pleasant experience, and switching between different email IDs and calendars is straightforward and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is missing support for email accounts outside of Google and Microsoft, which is a significant limitation for me. Additionally, it does not offer a unified inbox or a unified calendar, both of which are features I find essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Switching between email accounts is simple and efficient, especially with the help of keyboard shortcuts, which really save me time. The interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it easy to learn and adapt to quickly.

Great Time-Saving Features, But Needs More Functionality

  • December 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman offers a very user-friendly interface, making both sign-up and setup straightforward. It helps me save significant time by flagging important emails that require follow-up. My favorite feature is the AI auto-compose, which streamlines my workflow and further reduces the time I spend on email. I rely on Superhuman as my primary email client for both my personal Gmail account and my work email on Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be somewhat steep for those who are not accustomed to navigating email with the keyboard. It is not yet ready to serve as a primary or sole email client due to lacking some features found in Outlook and Gmail. For example, viewing emails that are sent as attachments can be challenging. Additionally, it does not manage diverging mail threads very well, particularly when you want to reply to a specific message within the thread.

I am also disappointed that SAML/SSO is available only on teams of size 25+
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composing emails and following up is straightforward, which helps ensure I don't miss any important messages.

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman male makes managing multiple in boxes fast and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose I should say the high price tag. However, I have tried so many different mail apps that I am delighted to pay this subscription fee. So I have to say there is nothing I dislike about Superhuman mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple inboxes associated with multiple different jobs and volunteer organizations. Superhuman makes managing all these inboxes and the associated insane clutter fast and easy.

Effortless Email Management if you are always busy!

  • December 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow makes categorising emails far simpler. I like the hotkeys and commands that make working through emails much faster. I love the formatting in Superhuman too, it sounds silly, but being able to copy text from multiple places and it auto-formatting is such a benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-reminders can be really useful. However, sometimes I will send an email that doesn't require an auto-reminder and that popping up can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping make sure I don't miss important emails, and ensure that I am following up on items. Helps give me time back so I don't feel like I am living in my emails.

Effortless Inbox Management with Time-Saving AI Features

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Superhuman allows me to effortlessly manage my inbox for work, personal, and nonprofit all in one app. I am able to very quickly rip through my inbox; organizing, replying, booking meetings, and more. The AI features make correspondence faster and easier, saving me tons of time. The AI filtering and tagging allow me to focus on what is important first and ignore the fluff. Once you learn the hot keys, one can truly become a Superhuman of emails and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no dislikes with Superhuman. I have had connectivity issues on mobile, but no issues on desktop. The computer application can be a little RAM heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman solves the time suck that is inbox management. It allows me to respond faster to what matters and filter out what doesn't.
