What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can check all of my email accounts in one tool and that it helps me separate the signal from the noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that it does not support other email providers other than Google and Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to check all of my email accounts in one place and make it easy for me to focus on what's important.

What do you like best about the product?
This saves me time and, as a result, helps reduce my stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings menu stands out as being quite different from most others, and it does take a bit of time to become familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI writing feature is impressive, and I appreciate the convenience of auto draft and reminders. These tools make the writing process smoother and help me stay organized.

Inbox Zero Made Fun and Efficient with Smart AI Replies

What do you like best about the product?
The Inbox Zero workflow is highly effective—they've successfully turned email management into a more engaging experience. With three main options, you can either act on an email right away, snooze it for later by pressing 'H', or mark it as done and archive it with 'E'. This approach has noticeably sped up how quickly I can get through my inbox. On top of that, the AI reply feature allows me to draft responses in my own voice, and it does this with impressive efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. However, I would appreciate it if they could add more features, such as an integrated CRM or SRM, task management, and the ability to add notes to contacts. Aside from that, I find it to be a fantastic app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gamifying boring emails is a fantastic benefit. I receive on average 300 emails per day and I have been able to be inbox 0 almost every week. I make it a weekly goal every Sunday then you know you are on top of things and ready to hunt the next week.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is very easy to use. What I really like about it is how fast it is and how search works. It's very fast and effective. And, of course, managing all emails with the shortcuts is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there are not many options to customize the app visually. There are not many themes available to choose from.

What do you like best about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts, shortcut to unsubscribe and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to log in again to all my accounts on new devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don’t have to click between browser tabs and profiles. Can triage email extremely fast. Common actions are as fast as my development experience. Inbox zero is a design principle that the software encourages

What do you like best about the product?
I like the native AI features that can help me with drafting replies and that it already has a drafted reply in my tone of voice ready for me to review and refine. The amount of features available to you in Superhuman Mail is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't think there really is anything that I dislike. Superhuman Mail really does help me and saves me a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, this tool is helping me save a significant amount of time that I used to spend sorting through emails. It automatically categorizes my messages, allowing me to quickly identify which ones are simply pitches that I can skip without wasting any time reading them.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value how easy it is to use, especially since I can keep all my Gmail accounts logged in at once. The control options for selecting and navigating through my emails have saved me a lot of time. I also appreciate the smooth workflow and how it helps me stay focused. I use it frequently and when the my favorite implementation is the reminder feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that I dislike it, but I would appreciate it if there were more color options and if the interface were cleaner, especially when using the command K.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app helps me save time by letting me set reminders for the most important parts of my work. It makes it much easier to stay organized and ensures I don't miss any key tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Best e-mail client on the market saving your hours ever day and best in class to staying on top of follow ups and manage any type of follow up system you can design with gmail labels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I'd love to see more love for the recent opens experience, but this is nit picky. Fantastic product.

email productivity, saves me times, helps me stay on top of e-mail.

Incredible Shortcuts and Split Inbox Make Email Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
The shortcuts are incredible. I didn't realize I could work with software without using my mouse.
The split Inbox view has been fantastic for my ADHD. It lets me focus on what's truly important and gives my brain a break from feeling the pressure to clear all of my emails. The team has also been very supportive whenever I've had issues, and the AI support is also really great. I use the platform multiple times a da,y and it makes my life so much easier. It's also super easy to get set up with very detailed onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I can't automatically add invites to my calendar, and that there is no choice. However, I've gotten used to it now, so it's not that much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my executive functioning, meaning I can stay more organized with the rest of my tasks during the day.

What I appreciate most about Superhuman Mail is its AI-powered auto-draft and auto-reminder features. These tools help me pre-write emails, saving me time and ensuring I stay on top of my correspondence. I use Superhuman Mail daily, and it seamlessly supports my routine tasks. Installation is straightforward, and syncing with my email accounts takes just seconds, allowing me to get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't support Apple Mail, which is a real shame and not 100% standalone as you still need to use other apps such as calendar to make certain edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Please keep things organised and consistent, as this is a huge time saver for me. Having pre-drafted emails ready for review and adjustment makes my workflow much more efficient.
