Automated Inboxes Make Prioritization Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The automated splitting into inboxes simplifies prioritization, allowing me to respond more quickly and avoid missing important messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI features are still unpolished and could use refinement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get hundreds of emails a day from customers, partners, colleagues, and employees. It is challenging to keep up with the constant stream of messages, and easy to lose track of critical messages in the flurry. Superhuman helps me prioritize and get to inbox zero every day.
Beyond happy.

Effortless Email Management and Focused Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
This software provides me with a clear sense of overview and control. As someone who needs a tidy environment to stay focused—since clutter tends to increase my anxiety—this mail app reassures me that I won’t overlook anything and allows me to concentrate on what’s important right now. If I don’t have time to handle an email immediately, the h+time shortcut lets me reschedule it to appear later, making it effortless to delegate tasks to my future self.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know a lot of people who could save significant time and would really enjoy using it, but not everyone is ready to tackle the unavoidable learning curve at the beginning. I've seen colleagues give it a try for a few minutes, only to switch back to Gmail because they just weren't excited about adapting to a new tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps tidy everything up in a very organized way. You do need to spend some time thinking about your preferences and setting up your split inboxes and rules accordingly. However, once everything is configured, it feels like having a personal assistant who pre-sorts your emails, so you always know where to go and what tasks to tackle next. I also appreciate how it simplifies small tasks, making it less likely to forget them. For instance, when coordinating a meeting time over email, once the details are finalized, you can just press B and it will automatically create a calendar event with the correct name, location, meeting link, and the right people as guests. All you have to do is confirm, and it’s done—I never forget to actually create the calendar event anymore.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
faster email traige and team collaboration
Superhuman Off Hours PRO
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super helpful with responses when i am not in a normal business hours mindset, handling business responsibilities 24/7 is imperative for my small business. /The AI support keeps my responses short to the point, friendly and swiftly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI editing right in my mail. And all my messages flowing to a point of contact I control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications with multiple sources of messages, this keeps me in the loop on many important tasks and requests. Before superhuman I would have to go to multiple platforms to look for all comments or communication flows to determine an appropriate response. No more middle of the night searching for messages I may have missed before replying to a group.
Fast, User-Friendly, and Smart—But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, keyboard shortcuts, fast, AI assistant
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high for an email client and it consumes quite a few resources.

Big fan of Superhuman; look forward to product releases bringing the best of Outlook into one app
What do you like best about the product?
The web app is extremely responsive - loading times are minimal, and I rarely experience lag or delays when jumping between inbox, sent items or search.
Keyboard shortcuts are richly implemented, which means I can triage, compose and archive messages at high pace without touching the mouse.
The calendar integration is very straightforward: creating events directly from email threads or switching to a meeting view is intuitive and keeps my schedule & email in one workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Attachments cannot always be opened directly within the client: in some cases I must download the file first before viewing, which disrupts a seamless workflow.
There is no dedicated task-manager section or “elevated to-do board” view (e.g., similar to Trello) for items that emerge from email threads and require tracking over time.
Occasional friction when switching between email and tasks/projects: since everything remains within the inbox context, things that need broader tracking or follow-up outside the inbox don’t always have a clear path.
