Streamlined Email Management with Stellar AI Integration

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the seamless commands in Superhuman Mail that let me respond and mark something as done easily. Reminders are simple, and I love that I can just type things out. The AI integration is amazing, allowing me to draft emails very quickly or have the AI draft an email based on recent communications seamlessly. I really like how Superhuman Mail integrates with my Google Calendar. When I'm drafting an email and talking about a specific day, I can see my calendar on the right-hand side. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So on a mobile device, and sometimes on the desktop version, the way the thread is shown can be a bit confusing. It makes me double-check to ensure I'm not replying to an older message on a thread. I think having more clear indications of which message I'm replying to could be improved. Also, when I draft something and send it automatically, it's not 100% clear if the AI-drafted email was actually sent. So communication or feedback on sent emails could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend less time managing emails and understanding conversations with Superhuman Mail. The AI integration helps draft emails quickly and clearly, making my communication easier.

Sleek and Efficient for Inbox Zero Enthusiasts

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Superhuman Mail for providing a better experience when dealing with my inbox, especially since I'm a firm believer in maintaining inbox zero. I like how it helps me reconnect with previous contacts easily. It's easy, fast, and 'no frills,' unlike the 'clunky' Outlook I used before. With Superhuman Mail, I enjoy a sleek and fast interface. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and that's a big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could/should be able to check my calendar and see if something talked about in an email became an event, even if sent in a different thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman Mail for a better inbox experience, supporting my focus on inbox zero and reconnecting with past contacts. It's easy, fast, and sleek compared to Outlook, enhancing my email handling efficiency.

Supercharges Email Efficiency with AI Drafts

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI drafting feature in Superhuman Mail. It automatically drafts emails for me, which I can send or edit quickly. This feature saves me loads of time because I don't have to write as much as before. It understands the entire email thread, making my email management much easier. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, which made the transition from regular Gmail seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search feature could be used a little bit better, but it is still very usable, but I just find it a bit difficult to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Superhuman Mail's AI drafting makes replying to emails very quick and easy, saving me a lot of time by understanding email threads and reducing the need to write as much.

AI Reminders Enhance Usability, Despite High Cost

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI and reminder features in Superhuman Mail. They save me a little time by pre-drafting emails and reminding me when I need to follow-up or send an email to someone. This capability really saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the integration with HubSpot, as it allows me to easily see all the information from HubSpot within Superhuman. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminder feature sometimes annoying when reminders are set automatically. If I don't set it myself, it's because I don't need it, so getting an automatic reminder is frustrating because it makes me think I have something to do when I really don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me stay organized with reminders, so I don't need extra notes and can easily find emails. It integrates with HubSpot for seamless info access and saves time by pre-drafting emails and scheduling follow-ups.

Streamlined Email Management with AI-Enhanced Features

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrated AI aspects that help draft emails and send at scheduled times. I enjoy the cleaner and more organized interface compared to my standard Gmail account. I also appreciate being able to clear out emails and have them reappear when most appropriate. Superhuman Mail makes me feel more streamlined and saves me time, and it even feels like a personal assistant in some ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a view of all new emails in one tab instead of having to tab hop between different inboxes. I would prefer to have a consolidated view like Gmail has on the mobile app, where I can see all my inboxes in one view. Sometimes on mobile, I get a bit stuck in Superhuman Mail with the swiping that opens up views I wasn't intending. There could be some cleaning up to make it easier to understand which inbox I'm in and how to shift around. Also, it's not super clear on how to set settings and personalization for each inbox, each of which has its own set of circumstances and needs to be personalized individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail helps me feel less overloaded by my inbox, allowing me to save emails for later and manage necessary communications more efficiently. It streamlines my multiple inboxes, saves me time, and acts like a personal assistant, improving my email management.

Fast, Responsive App with Excellent Keyboard Navigation

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The keyboard navigation and application performance in terms of speed saves time and allows me to easily stay on top of important work
What do you dislike about the product?
They are pushing AI quite a bit which while it can be helpful in some ways, is not really helpful in others, and there's a lack of granular controls (e.g. enable one part but disable other features). Multi-account inbox also isn't as easy as other clients (have to switch tabs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces time spent on emails & improves surfacing of key information at the right time for me

  • March 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Superhuman Mail intuitive and very easy to learn. It effectively removes all the clutter, so I'm only dealing with emails that I need to handle. Once I'm done with them, they disappear, and I don't have to see them anymore. It saves me a lot of time and makes it super easy to use with shortcut keys. Setting it up was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion is never let it become bloated with a bunch of options. Keep it simple and streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superhuman Mail saves me a lot of time by using shortcut keys, making it super easy. It's intuitive, easy to learn, and removes clutter, allowing me to focus only on necessary emails, which are cleared once handled.

  • March 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman Mail helped me get clarity when it comes to my email and productivity. I was hesitant to learn a new tool and the AI associated with it but the Superhuman team offered awesome webinars and support on a varity of topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to manage my relationships and deliverables with my clients. The "remind me" feature is my favorite. I feel like I'm able to stay on top of email responses much better than in the past.
