Split Inboxes Boost Focus, But Lacks Delegated Inbox Support

What do you like best about the product?
Using split inboxes enables me to be able to manage and focus on my emails in the best way possible. Triaging is simpler
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that I can't use it with a delegated inbox yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my emails and being on top of everything has become so much easier and also I am able to focus on what is most important to me

Seamless Cross-Device Experience, but Apple Watch Notifications Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to open almost the identical experience on any PC in a browser, using a browser on my primary PC with the native app, and on my iPhone and tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I begin to become more dependent on my Apple Watch, I find that the notifications on Apple Watch aren't very useful to be able to quickly reply to someone via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many people, I'm inundated by email. Superhuman allows me to quickly clean my inbox so that I'm only looking at important email. It allows me to either quickly reply with keyboard shortcuts and snippets or schedule it to reappear so that I can reply at a more appropriate time.

Superhuman Transformed My Email Workflow & Reduced Stress—Efficient, Intuitive, and Supportive

What do you like best about the product?
#1--My work stress level have gone from a 7 to a 1, as now I am easily caught up on the 200+ emails I receive daily and only have to use Superhuman maybe 1 hour total a day. The efficiency in which it sorted my emails instantly upon connecting it to my email client; the keystroke commands that allow me to work much more quickly; the AI at your fingertips that helps with anything; short support videos and emails on features (like embedding calendar meeting options right into your email that people just click on to book). Also…finding emails MUCH more easily and effectively than Google. I also ran an analysis on the amount of time I’ve spend on emails with specific teams of people to have data to backup my requests and reports on productivity. I’m in love and want it forever! LOL!!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing I dislike. If there is something that I could do on my old email client, I can just ask the AI how to do it on Superhuman and it will provide all the information and training I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting through emails, drafting responses in my style and tone, reducing stress, allowing me to respond within 24 hours to every email I receive (200+ daily) without being tied to my computer or office all day. I am able to be present as a leader among the team of over 100 teachers that I supervise.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Superhuman streamlines my email experience. It helps me reach inbox zero effortlessly, saving a lot of time and hassle by filtering out unnecessary emails and focusing on important ones from my clients or prospects. The keyboard shortcuts are fantastic, eliminating the need for a mouse and making email management super efficient. I also enjoy the seamless integration with HubSpot, which enhances my workflow, and the ability to save snippets is a huge time saver. The AI-powered email categorization and summaries are extremely helpful, enabling me to compose and manage emails quickly. The feature-rich nature of the software has allowed me to eliminate the use of multiple other Chrome extensions, making Superhuman a complete package for my email needs. The setup was initially a bit complex, but once I got through the first day, it became incredibly easy to use—I appreciated every second after that. The overall functionality and features suffice all my requirements, and I would definitely buy it again, as it truly simplifies and optimizes my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup to be confusing and a bit complicated, which required me to watch a few YouTube videos to understand how to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Superhuman to achieve inbox zero efficiently, saving time by focusing on client emails and eliminating spam. It combines several features, reducing the need for multiple tools, making email management seamless and hassle-free.

Gamified Inbox Zero is Fun, But Has a Learning Curve and is a bit pricey

What do you like best about the product?
Getting to Inbox Zero and that it is gamified. Customer Support is excellent! It is easy to use all day, every day. The app is straightforward to get up and running and to integrate with other apps. The main drawback is that there are so many features that there are all these shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expense honestly, and it is a bit difficult to learn all the shortcuts

They have made email quick and easy to deal with so that it no longer takes up so much of my day!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Superhuman because it's extremely easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. The onboarding was straightforward, making the setup process easy. One of the standout features for me is the auto draft reply, which helps in organizing and managing emails efficiently. The 'meet with me' calendar feature is also incredibly useful, allowing me to schedule and share links directly from the app. I appreciate how Superhuman streamlines email organization, helping me with auto labeling and auto draft replies, which are immensely helpful in keeping my inbox in order. The auto reminder features are beneficial in ensuring I stay on top of my emails. Even though Gmail and Outlook are considered standards, I find Superhuman offers a level of simplicity and powerful capabilities under the hood that those platforms don't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with some email providers like Outlook lacking, particularly due to the inability to access shared inboxes, which is a significant limitation. Additionally, there are some restrictions when it comes to calendar scheduling that limit its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Superhuman solves my email organization issues, streamlining my inbox, automating replies, and reminding me about emails, which keeps me efficient and on top of my communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, speed, and a really clever implementation of the GenAI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing some basic flows, right click menus. But this app reeducates you and the experience is really positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you keeping the focus, and does an excellent job of classifying emails. Its speed and simplicity are also standout features that make it a pleasure to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Superhuman allows me to take control of my inbox. As a seller, my days are filled with back-to-back meetings followed by a constant stream of emails. Superhuman makes it easier for me to identify which messages are urgent and which ones require high priority, helping me stay organized and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mastering keyboard shortcuts does require some time, but it is definitely worthwhile. I do wish there were additional shortcuts, especially for actions like inserting images. There are also certain features that would be particularly helpful for sellers, such as auto-reminders and more customizable controls for split inboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to handle a large volume of emails by sorting them according to urgency and priority, rather than simply responding to the most recent message first, is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Superhuman's platform phenomenal due to its ease of use, making it easy for me to respond to emails and manage tasks efficiently. The seamless integration with my calendar and the amazing user experience boost my productivity significantly. I love using the keyboard shortcuts, which minimize the need for constant mouse usage, and the AI features that help me brainstorm and soften my voice. Superhuman has become an integral part of my productivity, and I would absolutely buy it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control over what emails trigger the auto-response feature. Sometimes it generates auto drafts for emails that don't require follow-up.

Superhuman eases email management and boosts my productivity, preventing task juggling, aiding follow-ups, and improving email response efficiency.
