What do you like best about the product?

Digital files are much easier to manage, and Florence is easier to use than any of the other software products we piloted. Since implementing, we have had excellent customer support and response to our feedback. Part 11 compliance is the number one reason we have been able to implement and continue to get support from our site. Monitors love it, and it allows for excellent quality control.

What do you dislike about the product?

Florence is very customizable, so it takes a lot of work for setup and to create our site templates. It is an ongoing process. It takes regular oversight and management, and that is time and resources spent by our site.

Part 11 compliance for personal records, digital records, digital signature collection, digital file storage, remote access, remote monitoring, and full audit trail access

I love how easy it is to have every study you work on at your fingertips.

I don't like that you couldn't add a sigature field for PI's to sign

Its has eased the use of paper binders.

The system is flexible and functional. The company listens and is earnest and honest in its communication.

It is still being refined in some ways so improvement is still necessary.

Accessibility and organization of all essential documents

What do you like best about the product?

Shortens the filing process by being able to download documents directly into the system. I also really like the audit trail and the ability to run reports.

It would be nice to be able to create signature lists to send 1 document to multiple people for signatures.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is much easier to keep up with training and to have the Regulatory documents filed immediately when signed.

I love the flexibility of the product in all of its application. I love that they take the feedback of their software and apply to future updates.

I don't think there is anything I dislike.

EISF and eReg. Ease of filing

I love that all the regulatory documents are in a easy to access place and it makes collecting signatures 1000% easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be nice that if you are apart of multiple teams you could see how many tasks and signatures are due before clicking into the team environment.

It's helping me to be able to save precious space in out research office.
