I love monitoring the Florence eBinders.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of monitoring documents and running reports
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a easier way to instantly see what I have monitored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues. Process is seamless. Easy to identify current and expired documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made my life easier, as a whole with the way I can now update a document like a CV and it updates everywhere is a great example of how it has streamlined my efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is that all of my studies haven't moved to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a compliant system that allows our investigators to quickly sign documents and logs.
I am just getting started but so far it has been easy and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The east of document upload and relocation. And the use of shortcuts greatly cuts down on time spent building study folders!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the view of logs to be difficult and not overly user friendly having to scroll through to get the whole view while using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a documents signed in a timely manner to return them to Sponsors more easily without them having to wait
A Meaninful Solution to Document Management in Research
What do you like best about the product?
Florence eBinders fills a significan gap in research document management within the research industry. This product actively provides tools that are industry specific that supports the unique and complex dynamics of a document associated with a clinical research trials. The tool is flexible for adapting to multiple type of users of a single system and is strait forward in how to set up and implement. When you run into an issue, the support team is prompt in addressing your concerns and challenges. We have almost 100 users who use this product every day and we have integrated the system to many of our other research system tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope Florence continues to invest in the maturation of the many additional features not yet built that will improve efficiencies within a research organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced a paper process and helps navigate a matrix environemnt more efficiently and compliantly.

There's nothing in Florence that I don't like, maybe for beginners a simpler format to understand the platform

Mainly the saving of paper and with this contributing to the environment

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, very user-friendly. I love how we can create logs electronically which saves time for everyone. The audit trail is a good component that works with ALCOA
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs out even while we are working on it. It takes a long time to log back in which can sometimes be disappointing. Some logs would need better options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be accessed from any place instead of wet-ink binders that need to be accessed on-site. This enables remote working which is very beneficial to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible and organized and HELP is always available. There are also great resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Florence is the saving of emails with attachments, and how they are broken apart from the email into several documents. Additionally, if you move a folder (ex: ABC folder) from one binder (ex: Active) to another binder (ex: Inactive) the dates of everything inside that folder change to a current date. So it becomes even more confusing to realize how those attachments are connected to that original email. Ideally I would love it if the attachments could stay connected to the email or at least keep the same name of the email in which it is related to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Florence eBinders is serving as our Investigator Site File as a storage management system.
Florence has been a great tool to use for clinical trial regulatory documents.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that you can easily customize the binders and documents to fit your needs. The reports are also an excellent tool for tracking any upcoming expiration dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you create delegation of authority logs, you must download the entire record to see specific tasks/text entered. It doesn't allow you to hover over or click on something to expand the view and show the additional text hidden due to character length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it simple to maintain all study files organized across study sites.
Easy to use when starting eDOA.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the binders and preparing and getting the team ready for signatures are easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone signs in the wrong spot it is hard to correct. It is no auto feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for the teams to sign if not in the office and work remotely. Information is always accessible.
Nice platform, great customer service but weird bug issue.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to navigate and review audit trails. I enjoy the simplistic design and how the features allow for a range of regulatory abilities with essential documents and source.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a log in "unexpected error" randomly despite all troubleshooting attempts and it really impacts my work flow when I have to access the site and cannot log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organized system and all files can be in one place. I like the design and the accessibility of this platform and have never had issues with navigating myself around.
