What do you like best about the product?
Seamless internet access management, VPN Services for corporate internet access, and firewall capabilities, Zscaler is quite user-friendly. It helps to centralize all network-related provisions for personal and corporate use. The tech behind it is also pretty fascinating!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have faced frequent disconnections from the VPN due to corrupted configs. Can get annoying. Usually, a restart of the app fixes it.

A solution like Zscaler is neccessary in today's times, so while there is a cost, it is justified.

Zscaler is our one-stop solution for endpoint protection, SaaS management, data protection, antinvirus, and overall cyber protection.

sometimes you feel it impact your network spped and latency.And sometimes customer support not give to proper solution.

At times Zscalers blocking of websites and applications is frustrating particularly when they pose no harm. This restriction impede productivity and limit access to resources that are useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler provides one the best zero trust internet access solution. We just need to place zscaler cloud connector in our environment and rest of things will be taken care by ZIA cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler is one of the best in industry so I don't find any dislike about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using all in one forward proxy solution of Zscaler. We only placed there cloud connector in our cloud ecosystem and forwarding traffic to zia cloud. This way zia will take care of all internet bound traffic with thorough inspection. We need not to manage and handle any device or service provided by Zscaler.
