What do you like best about the product?
I use Zscaler Internet Access primarily to secure and control internet traffic, and I've noticed significant benefits in eliminating security risks from web and cloud traffic. I love its cloud-native security that doesn't compromise on performance, which is crucial for maintaining efficiency. The Secure Web Gateway and Cloud Firewall are specific features that I value the most, as they provide robust security without hindering the internet access. The initial setup was great and smooth for my team, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly deployment. We switched from Cisco Umbrella to Zscaler Internet Access because it offers more benefits, and I am highly satisfied, as evident by my willingness to recommend it with a perfect score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find SSL inspection with Zscaler Internet Access to be quite complex, specifically regarding certificate deployment and trust issues. Additionally, there are occasional latency or performance issues that can disrupt the smooth functioning of the service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zscaler Internet Access is cloud-based, eliminating the need for a VPN tunnel. This feature simplifies our operations considerably, as it allows for seamless internet access monitoring and management without additional infrastructure. I appreciate how effectively it prevents access to malicious sites and ensures that only legitimate sites are accessible, enhancing our security posture. The IP-based signature feature and the ability to manage sites as trusted hosts greatly secure user traffic, making it less problematic for users. Additionally, I find the solution's capacity to manage and monitor user access across devices through features like MDM to be extremely valuable, despite a few challenges with it. The initial setup of Zscaler Internet Access was very easy, which made the transition smoother and more efficient. Overall, these capabilities contribute immensely to our organization's ability to safeguard internet usage and manage devices effortlessly.

I have faced problems related to the mobile device management (MDM) within Zscaler Internet Access. The app control feature in particular seems to have challenges. It seems like the MDM functionality isn't as robust or user-friendly as I need.

I use Zscaler Internet Access to manage internet access, preventing malicious sites, securing user traffic without VPN, managing devices centrally, and accessing only legitimate sites effectively.
