What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Internet Access provides secure, fast, and reliable internet access from any location. I especially like its ease of management, strong threat protection, and ability to support remote users without the complexity of traditional VPN solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge with Zscaler Internet Access is its learning curve during implementation and troubleshooting. In some cases, policy configurations can be complex, and certain applications may require additional tuning to work seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Internet Access helps us provide secure internet access to employees wherever they work. It improves security, reduces VPN dependency, and gives us better visibility and control over web traffic, resulting in a safer and more efficient user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I never have to manually switch it on or remember any passwords. It starts up silently and keeps everything secure. My internet speed stays solid and never lags, either.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes flags harmless work websites, which disrupts my workflow. Then I have to go back and forth with IT/admin to get an exception added. I’d really appreciate an alert that clearly explains why a site was flagged in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working securely from anywhere is now possible, be it office or outside office. There is no hassle and work apps load faster and stay connected all the time with no extra effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Internet Access is a modern cloud based security service which eliminates the use of old traditional hardware web proxies and firewalls. Since it eliminated the use of hardware, it becomes cheaper as well. It is easily scalable, remotely used in a distributed system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a network latency which leads into the performance issue as well. Many times it automatically disconnects or start retrying which cause the internet access up and down and creates problem while working or your call get disconnected because of this zscaler behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily scales the protection for distributed, remote and hybrid systems. Because of this it becomes very easy to be connected with company network in very secured manner. We can connect to internet and saas application directly in very secured manner. It's integrations with the system is also very handy and easy. There UI is also very simple and attractive.

What do you like best about the product?
we mostly used it instead of a traditional VPN to connect to the client network. quite simple. just press Connect to connect to the client network, no authentication required. AI chatbot for network connectivity should be given. Pricing is better than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes due to network error we face issues, where we need to connect to the support team . it halts our network and sometimes does not detect the wifi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing VPN and adding multi-tenant network in a single space with minimal authentication. no need for waiting long time for VPN to connect, instead use Zscaler
