Great data labeling, management platform
What do you like best about the product?
We found the text editor very easy to use. My team noted that we cut the annotation time drastically compared with the previous software we were using. Next, SuperAnnotate’s support was very responsive, which helped to address any questions we had quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. So far, we have been very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on text data. I can’t disclose too much here but our project required a software that would provide both the software and a platform to manage our data. We are working on our own project and annotating the documents ourselves. THis means we do need a data management platform to detect mistakes in labeling and correct them quickly. SuperAnnotate’s team was the easiest to work with to onboard and kickstart our work.
I used superannotate for my AI project. Working with it was quite good experience.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and easy to use. It was easy to breakdown and assign projects into components. Everything is smooth and quite good for the annotation of small details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience was excellent. So, there are no complaints from my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on the computer vision project so it requires annotated images for training so for that I used SuperAnnotator.

Easy to use ML annotation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive. They have options for instance and semantic segmentation annotation. they also have training and automation integrated into the platform. The support is also pretty decent. They respond to emails in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need a bit of knowledge basis. Support is pretty decent on these matters though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Image annotation for ML which benefits our research
Superannotate is a very useful platform for annotating datasets.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many functions which speed at the rate at which one can annotate the images, such as setting up a custom workflow. The multitude of annotation options are very useful as well.

I do not have any complains regarding SuperAnnotate

What do you like best about the product?
Super annotate is an end-to-end platform for Data labeling. The workflow pipeline is user-oriented and crafted to make data labeling easier for every organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much of a dislike about Super Annotate. Everything works flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management and workflow is the biggest problem any organization faces in data labeling, which the SuperAnnotate platform tackles easily with its seamless performance.
Amazing platform for editing and annotating labels
What do you like best about the product?
The data or information imported into this software is fully encrypted and stored correctly. The integration feature with other software and servers is excellent for this platform. The image segmentation tool is very for everyone and is very easy to implement also. The software includes various tools for easy workflow and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No automotive tools or segmentations are available on this platform, I wish it could be there to reduce errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, it's now straightforward to gather data, images and information form other websites and software and tehn go through them thoroughly and researching about them for great recognition and report generation.
Superannotate, good tool and great support
What do you like best about the product?
The tool works very good and the support of the superannotate team is great. They help implmeneting, giving more effective solutions and are willing to buil new features after feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have a dislike right now. It works how it should work. Cool feature would be an automatic converter for annotation formats (pascal voc x SuperAnnotate x COCO etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperAnnotate provides a reliable and user friendly annotation system that we can use with multiple departments. They also are very capable in helping with fast labeling services.
Team players who communicate well
What do you like best about the product?
They learn with accuracy increasingly complex label requirements. They react quickly to changing priorities. When there was confusion of any sort, they were very fair and reasonable to work out a solution with. The Super Annotate platform is also well designed, especially in regards to QA work flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are cheaper options, but you wouldn't get the same quality.

SuperAnnote helps us with image annotation.
Great GUI! Amazing software
What do you like best about the product?
The customer friendly service. Quick solution to the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I would like to only add certain functionality to make the annotations easier but it is in no way a downside. It would be more of an extra convenient feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of an automatic keypoint annotation problem for me.
