One of the Best annotation platform in market
What do you like best about the product?
Tool UI is very smooth functionality and easy to use for all annotator ,QA and admin. I am using superannotate from last 2 year and didn't find any issue in any project. Admin can assign images according to their annotator availibilty and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major issues till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Superannotate platform provides dashboard where we can track productivity and all project statistics. We are using superannotate platform for ADAS and Robotics projects and many more.
Excellent Platform for Data Annotation & A Very Good Customer Support!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has been developed keeping in mind that any person can use it without any question in mind. The platform is very simple and user-friendly and has all the features required for annotating unstructured data. The dashboard provides all the statistics for the team and project status. This helps in keeping track in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now we have not faced any major problems with the tool, for any minor issues the support services have always been prompt in resolving them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the SuperAnnotate tool to speed up our data annotation projects. The tool provides all the necessary and important annotation types which help our organization to work on different verticals. With an excellent support team, we are very happy to continue working and collaborating on all future projects.

The user interface for the annotation tool is well designed for a seamless user experience in generating higher quality annotations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform provides AI-Assisted Labeling capabilities. It would be great if users can add custom models adopting standard networks to be supported by the platform to aid in their labeling tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on projects focused on inspection tasks and defects detection. Superannotate helps us in managing and labeling training data to train our instance segmentation models.
Spectacular resource saving tool for medical imaging annotation
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fantastic tool to label and annotate medical images. Saves us ton of time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but if I have to choose, I'd say the UI can be a little bit more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything from the UI to administrative features is very easy to use. Python library for integrations is perfectly documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool to have the Safari-optimized version of the product

SuperAnnotate's editor has a vast variety of functionalities, which makes the annotation process smooth and fast.

Not much, however, I would improve the UI a little.

Since we are a wine-producing company, the main goal was to annotate our grape fields, to classify them by types. SuperAnnotate's tooling allowed us to streamline the annotation process for more effective results.
Effective collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
The online collaborative features - enabling a diverse team to tag as well as perform QA/QC in a verifiable workflow. This includes variable work schedules, locations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to date. The only hiccup we had initially was compiling of the tags via various datasets. We used their github script, which we initially struggled with, however, the support was quick and responsive to getting it solved on our end. a

Annotating natural features, where the contrast and colors are extremely similar. The unique platform enables team members to work on various computers and in various time zones.

It is very useful for the vector data, especially nowadays everyone is looking for correct annotation software and this superAnnotate is highly recommendable to the teams who want their raw data to be annotated very precisely and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously after one release I faced an issue regarding the status of image. I was unable to move image from one state to other state (QA state) and I have contacted the customer support and with in a short span of time it was resolved. Now every thing looks okay for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can annotate our raw images super fastly by using this software and it helped us to complete the project on time. We are able to complete 100 k annotations in a short period and helped our AI team to build a model. The results are pretty good and our AI team deployed the model into web APP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SuperAnnotate is useful for the users who wanted their data to annotate with more precision and also there are several methods to upload your images in to superAnnotate like from s3 bucket, through sdk, from local machine etc.
