Efficient Workflow with Some Configuration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I think SuperAnnotate is a nice tool. It allows you to compare and pull new tasks, review and submit them, and the workflow is pretty neat. I like being able to see what was there before, compare, and then add our own information. This configuration and the ability to pull the next task make the workflow efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was having some issues when trying to pull new request data. It kind of returns empty all the time. It would be nice if instead of always requesting, we could actually visualize what is already out there and then select and claim it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SuperAnnotate to compare tasks between annotators and manage workflows. It helps review and submit tasks efficiently, while allowing us to add new tasks and see past annotations for comparison.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SuperAnnotate for the clarity of the workflow and their RLHF rubric guides, which are very clear to understand. They offer great training when onboarding reviewers. Their tests are thorough, ensuring only competent persons work on their projects, thus maintaining the quality of work for their clients. Their staff is friendly and supportive, which I really appreciate. Additionally, SuperAnnotate offers good compensation for my work, and their guidelines are very clear, making setup seamless with the support they provide. I also value the competitive pay and workflows that ensure quality work along with the easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process can sometimes be long but it is to ensure only competent talent work on projects and to guarantee quality work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperAnnotate helps me better understand RLHF reviews and follow rubric guides. It enhances my expertise in STEM, offers clarity in workflow, and ensures quality work with thorough tests. The compensation is good, and the platform is easy to use with supportive staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the 'need help' feature because it's super easy to find and click. It's right on the left side when I log in, and it's big enough to see, especially for people who might have issues with reading or seeing. I love being able to click it and get answers quickly. SuperAnnotate is very easy to navigate. It's super easy to find the information I need, which allows me to get my work done quickly. The platform is also super easy to sign up for, making it straightforward for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely would say, one area of the SuperAnnotate platform that I feel like it could be maybe improved on is just how you get tasks. I'm not sure if this is just related to the company that I work for, but one thing that is just a bit annoying for me is just only being able to request a certain amount of tasks at a time. So I definitely feel like maybe that can be improved. That can be just a workaround or a way for us to be able to request more tasks at a time.

Fast, Reliable, and Bug-Free So Far
What do you like best about the product?
It’s been really fast and reliable for me so far, and I haven’t run into any bugs yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t noticed any downsides. It computes quickly and is consistently up and running whenever I need it.

It helps me validate the annotator's QAs to LLMs in a streamlined way.
Flexible, User-Friendly UI for Easy Annotation Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the flexibility of the UI and how user friendly it is. I use superAnnotate to review annotated data and I can assess what I am reviewing easily
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there is one functionality named "Verify Submission" situated at the header of the page to view its annotated data. Such header is too wide and would be nice if its wideness could be minimized a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperAnnotate is solving the management, organization and feedback of the data it handles whether for annotations or reviewing. It helps me to view all the annotated in parallel on a single screen which makes my work effective. I have used other annotation platforms previously and the UI was a major issue, but with SuperAnnotate, the problem is of no existance.
Fast, Easy to Use, and Great Downtime Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
There's no lag upon using it. It's also convenient and easy to use, We've been using it for 2 years already. The notification of its downtime is also a huge plus. So, annotators are aware of when will be the downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced problems yet within my shift.

It is already arranged per item so it's much faster and convenient.
