What do you like best about the product?
I like best about ManageEngine OpManager is its easy deployment, real-time monitoring, and detailed dashboards. It provides excellent visibility into network performance, quick root cause analysis, and proactive alerts, which help reduce downtime. The integration with other ManageEngine tools and customizable reports also make operations more efficient and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike about ManageEngine OpManager is that the initial configuration and fine-tuning of alerts can be time-consuming, especially in large environments. Some advanced features also require careful customization, and the UI can feel slightly heavy at times when handling a large number of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager helps solve network visibility, performance monitoring, and proactive fault management challenges by providing real-time monitoring of devices, interfaces, and critical services. This benefits us by enabling faster issue detection, reduced downtime, improved network stability, and quicker root cause analysis, ultimately ensuring smoother IT operations and better service availability.

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine OpManager is easy to use and gives a clear view of the entire network in one place. The dashboards are simple and visual, so it’s quick to spot issues. Setup is fast, alerts are helpful, and it offers a lot of features for the price. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes network monitoring much less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a bit complex at times, especially when configuring advanced features and also reports and alerts sometimes need extra tuning, and performance can slow down in larger environments otherwise it is perfect for network monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager helps catch network and server issues early by monitoring performance and sending alerts before things break. This reduces downtime, saves troubleshooting time, and makes it easier to keep systems running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ManageEngine OpManager for its comprehensive all-in-one capability, providing end-to-end visibility into network devices, servers, and critical links from a single dashboard, which makes day-to-day monitoring easier. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, especially for discovering and monitoring standard network devices, thanks to automatic device discovery and pre-built monitoring templates. Most devices and services were detected and onboarded without manual effort, saving significant time. The out-of-the-box monitoring templates for common devices are also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ManageEngine OpManager is a powerful monitoring tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface can feel complex at times.

ManageEngine OpManager helps our team with visibility and quick issue detection across our network and servers. Its all-in-one capability provides end-to-end visibility from a single dashboard, making daily monitoring manageable. The automatic device discovery and pre-built templates save us a lot of setup time.
Easy Implementation and One Dashboard for Network Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
OpManager is really good for implementation and easy to use. Its network monitoring interface has made our life easier and we now can easily monitor the whole network from 1 single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really wish that OpManager can have better integration with other Cloud Platforms such as Juniper Mist etc. apart from Cisco Meraki as it can give us better monitoring insights from traditional SNMP monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OpManager helps us monitor the network more easily, and it can send alerts even when the network team isn’t online. In addition, we can access dashboard reports for performance monitoring, which makes it simpler to keep track of overall network performance.

I like the easy configuration and user-friendly interface of ManageEngine OpManager. The strong alerting and threshold management are great because they reduce manual monitoring efforts.
