What do you like best about the product?
OPManager is its intuitive and user-friendly interface combined with powerful monitoring capabilities. The platform provides real-time visibility into network devices, servers, applications, and performance metrics, which helps quickly identify and resolve issues. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards, automated alerts, and detailed reporting features that make day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting much easier and more efficient. Additionally, integration with other ManageEngine products enhances overall IT management and provides a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for new users. Some advanced features require additional licensing, and a few areas like reporting and customization could be more user-friendly. Improving scalability and UI responsiveness would make the experience even better.

ManageEngine OPManager helps centralize and automate network and server monitoring, which reduces manual tracking and speeds up issue detection. It provides real-time alerts, performance insights, and visibility into all critical infrastructure components. This helps minimize downtime, improve troubleshooting efficiency, and ensure better overall system reliability and performance.

It provides useful information about the status of a wide range of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive UI, sometimes making it difficult to find the feature or function you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alerts us off issues affecting servers or network devices, so we can quickly investigate if there are any connectivity issues of drives are reaching capacity etc.

ManageEngine OpManager is good real time monitoring like servers, router, switches, VMs and applications in real time. Also, very flexible dashboards, historical reports and customizable dashboards and alerts.

ManageEngine OpManager setup can be complex for large network, and some features require extra licence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine OpManager help to solving troubleshooting real time network problem like high CPU, High RAM, packet loss or latency so we Support OpManager root-cause analysis.

This is a comprehensive network operations monitoring system that comes packed with features. It also offers a variety of additional modules that you can choose to add later, providing even more extras as your needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain parts of the software are less intuitive than others, which can make navigation a bit challenging at times. Additionally, features like the Netflow monitor do not seem as robust as those offered by some competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is proactive when it comes to capacity planning, which I find very useful. It also offers real-time analytics, uptime monitoring, web traffic reporting, and IP address monitoring. These features help me stay informed and manage my resources more effectively.
