What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access, ease of integration and simplicity.

I felt that when you consider the system as a whole, email alert in detals will be required.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product for monitoring resources in a cloud and on permise environment. Really nice easy to use dashboards and great realtime alerting.
Also excellent for networking monitoring, backup configuration and monitoring the applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
During six years of using it I can not mention any dislike points because the development team keep up to date on the adding new features and giving solutions, workarounds for each cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- problem: needs a tool to be us upto date for any critical issue and take a predefined actions and send the result, store all network devices configuration and give us the viability to know the configuration has been modified and restore any historical version of this configuration.
The OPManager helps us to received any alerts with the specific severity bases on predefined threshold and run automated actions workflow based on the issue, NCM helps us to backup our network device and save the edited versions to restore any pervious configuration and check the compliance.

the tool is good and must be a necessary tool for your infrastructure. The only thing that needs improvement is the customer support for this tool.

1) After upgrading the software multiple false alerts pop up that gets cleared after few seconds.

1) Manage engine Opmanager is helping us monitoring our entire IT infrastructure located at different geo locations and providing us single pane of glass view for the infrastrucuture administrator .

OPManager is Good product for network monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
OPmanager is best product for network monitoring, device monitoring, switch monitoring , the best way is option whenver switch down it's coming alert our mailbox. The graphical also heatmap, on pie chart that is also best and critical alert will defined after that normalised will be check and customer support also was good whenver call loggin in opmanager support team always ready for support.

no point from my end opmanager product it's good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are configured VM in opmanager so diskspace management will resolve low disk alert and we can use if link down then will take action immediately because while down it's trigger coming.

While OpManager keeps tabs on the performance of your network devices, OpUtils add-on complements it well by allowing network admins to detect, diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, faster.
OPmanager is an extremely capable and well priced NMS
What do you like best about the product?
The large number of features and tools all in one place. Once we figured everything out, it's easy to use and easy to automate. The pricing was great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of all the features, there was just SO MUCH to learn and configure. It took us a while to break it down into bite sized chunks and prioritize what features need to be in place first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed something to replace Auvik, but wanted something local that to our infrastructure that was reasonably priced. OPmanager actually had MORE features than we had with Auvik and allowed us to consolidate some other tools while still being competitively priced. We now are monitoring everything, have many workflows automated and able to access alerts and manage things remotely much more than before.

we are using Opmanager in our organization . Op Manager comes with great features, performance and value like user-friendly interface , comprehensive monitoring , customizable reports , scalability and integration capabalities with other security solutions like SIEM and Includes strong security measures to protect network data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
It also offers xcellent customer support and a wealth of resources, including tutorials, forums, and detailed documentation.

Some times experienced issues with updates and patches, which can sometimes introduce new bugs or require additional troubleshooting.
