Real-Time Compliance Insights with Smooth Identity Integrations

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time compliance insights really stand out. I can quickly see which devices are at risk and act right away. The built-in identity integrations also make onboarding smooth and straightforward. Overall, everything feels connected, efficient, and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is simple, which I really appreciate, but at times it can feel a bit limited if you’re an advanced user. Adding a few more advanced configuration options would make it more flexible and helpful without taking away from the clean, straightforward design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to track device security across our remote employees. Swif.ai gave us a much clearer view of device posture and compliance status, which reduced uncertainty and helped us respond faster to potential risks. Overall, it strengthened our security baseline and made our day-to-day security monitoring feel more under control.

Strengthening Patient Data Security In a Complex Clinical Setting

  • May 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In a massive healthcare environment, ensuring that every tablet and workstation is secure is vital for patient safety. Swif's Endpoint Management Software provides the rigorous oversight we need to stay HIPAA compliant without getting in the way of our pharmaceutical duties. I particularly value how it handles updates and security patches in the background. It feels very reliable; knowing that our devices are hardened against vulnerabilities allows me to focus on clinical care rather than worrying about potential data breaches or system downtime during a busy shift.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system is so comprehensive, the initial interface can feel a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't in a dedicated IT role. I would love to see a clinical view option that simplifies the dashboard for frontline staff who only need to check their device's health status. Additionally, while the Remote Support Software is excellent for fixing issues on the fly, the mobile notifications can be a bit frequent during peak hospital hours. A more customizable alert system for non-critical updates would help reduce "notification fatigue" for our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to manage thousands of devices across multiple sites while ensuring absolute data integrity. Swif.ai solved this by providing a unified view of our fleet and automating the encryption protocols that used to be handled manually. For a pharmacist, this means the mobile carts and tablets we use for medication reconciliation are always secure and up-to-date. It has effectively removed the technical friction from our daily rounds, allowing us to deliver faster, safer patient care with full confidence in our digital infrastructure

Architecting a Secure, Compliant Foundation for Bl Operations

  • May 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In my role, I need visibility into our data infrastructure, and Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software Provides exactly that for our hardware layer. The automated compliance mapping is a game-changer, It seamlessly bridges the gap between our technical security policies and audit-ready reporting. Managing thousands of devices across different OS environments used to be a fragmented process, but this platform consolidates everything into a single, high-fidelity pane of glass. It’s intuitive enough for quick checks but deep enough to satisfy the granular requirements of a platform architect.
What do you dislike about the product?
When managing a fleet of over 1,000 employees, the sheer volume of telemetry data in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) dashboard can occasionally feel dense. While the filtering is powerful, I would love to see more out- of the -box visualization templates specifically tailored for Business Intelligence trends over time. Additionally, the initial setup for our more complex Linux-based dev environments required a bit of custom scripting. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but a slightly more automated onboarding path for niche Linux distros would make the deployment phase even smoother for large engineering teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with the lack of real-time visibility into the security posture of our remote workforce. Swif.ai’s Remote Support Software and threat detection solved this by allowing our IT teams to intervene and secure endpoints instantly without disrupting user productivity. For PointClickCare, this means we can maintain a hardened security perimeter that protects our sensitive BI platforms and client data. It has effectively eliminated the manual overhead of tracking device health, allowing us to focus on scaling our architecture rather than chasing down unpatched or non-compliant hardware.

Enterprise-Grade Governance and Fleet Oversight for Telecom

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In the telecommunication space, maintaining a secure and compliant network of devices is non-negotiable. Swif.ai's Endpoint Management Software provides the high-level visibility our board requires to ensure we are meeting global security standards. The automated compliance mapping for SOC2 and GDPR is a standout feature, as it transforms complex regulatory requirements into a clear, manageable status. It’s rare to find a unified tool that manages a diverse fleet macOS, Windows, and Linux with such a streamlined, intuitive interface that supports our rapid scaling efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities are comprehensive, I believe the platform could benefit from even more advanced data visualization tools for quarterly reporting. The current logs are highly detailed, which is great for IT, but as an advisor, I’d appreciate a more simplified "Executive Risk Scorecard" that summarizes fleet health at a glance. Additionally, the initial configuration for certain legacy Linux distributions required a bit more manual intervention than the nearly instantaneous setup we experienced with our macOS and Windows deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to eIiminate Shadow IT and secure remote endpoints without the overhead of multiple fragmented tools. Swif.ai's Remote Support Software and unified dashboard solved this by providing a single source of truth for our device security. For a growth-stage company like OXIO, this means we can maintain a hardened security posture while keeping our operational costs lean. It has effectively removed the friction from our compliance audits, allowing our leadership team to focus on expanding our mobile network infrastructure rather than troubleshooting device vulnerabilities.

One Dashboard to Manage Windows, macOS, and Android with Ease

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Our technology ecosystem is fractured by necessity: our administrative staff uses Windows, our architectural design team insists on macOS, and our field supervisors use rugged Android tablets. Swif.ai is incredible because it natively helps manage this entire multi-OS environment from a single pane of glass. I can push a security patch to the MacBooks in the design studio and send a software update to the Android tablets on site at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom reporting feature lacks deep scheduling automation. I need a hardware compliance report that automatically emails to my inbox every Monday morning, before my meeting with the board of directors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were suffering from severe IT tool sprawl, paying exorbitant licensing fees for redundant endpoint management tools that didn’t communicate with each other. Swift,ai acts as the all-in-one endpoint platform.

Simplifying Security for a High-Growth AI Startup

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In a small startup like PawSmart. AI, we handle sensitive diagnostic data that requires absolute privacy. Swif.ai's Remote Support Software is a lifesaver for our distributed team. I love how easily I can oversee our devices without needing a computer science degree. The automated compliance features for SOC2 felt like having an extra consultant on the team, mapping our security policies to regulatory standards in record time. It gives me peace of mind knowing our veterinary imaging data is secured across every employee's laptop with almost zero manual effort on my part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is so comprehensive, the initial dashboard can feel a bit crowded for someone coming from a non-IT background. I would love to see more one-click templates specifically designed for marketing teams who need to see high-level compliance health rather than deep technical logs. Also, the mobile interface is functional, but it doesn’t quite offer the same level of granular control as the desktop version. It’s a minor hurdle, but it would make managing our fleet on the go even more efficient as we scale up our operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with Shadow IT basically employees using unvetted apps that could put our proprietary AI models at risk. Swif.ai solved this by providing a unified view of all active software and Endpoint Management capabilities that keep our hardware hardened against threats. It has eliminated the friction between our marketing goals and our security requirements. For a small team of under ten people, this automation is essential; it allows us to stay lean and focused on our mission of improving pet health through AI rather than troubleshooting device issues.

Enterprise-Grade Governance for the AI-First Tech Stack

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As someone bridging medical research and AI, I prioritize data integrity above all else. Swif.ai stands out because its Endpoints Management Software isn't just about locking laptops, it's about visibility. The Shadow IT detection is a masterclass in modern governance, flagging unapproved LLM integrations that could leak sensitive IP. The speed at which it maps device-level security to SOC2 and HIPAA controls is impressive, effectively removing the manual "compliance tax" that usually slows down scaling software teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer depth of the Mobile Device Management (MDM) suite means the initial dashboard view can feel dense for a casual user. While the AI-driven automation handles the heavy lifting, the reporting engine could benefit from more executive-level visualization templates for board meetings. I also noticed that while the Windows and Mac workflows are incredibly slick, the Linux agent requires a more technical hand to configure custom kernel-level monitoring, which might be a slight hurdle for non-technical administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Stealth mode environments, the biggest risk is decentralized device usage. Swif.ai solves this by consolidating Remote Support Software and security into a single pane of glass. It has eliminated our reliance on fragmented tools that don't talk to each other. For a growing team of 1,000+, this unified approach ensures that every device whether at a developer's home or in a labis a hardened endpoint, allowing us to focus on research rather than troubleshooting security gaps.

The Missing Link for Small Teams Scaling Compliance and Security

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As the founding engineer at a small startup, I wear every hat, and Swif.ai has made the IT Director hat much lighter, Its Endpoint Management Software allows me to to handle our entire fleet a mix of macOS for devs and Windows for our operations team from one console. The One-Hour Compliance claim is legit, It mapped our device encryption and lock policies to SOC 2 controls almost instantly, syncing evidence directly with our compliance platform. It’s surprisingly intuitive for a unified platform, letting us deploy security policies without the usual scripting headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Mobile Device Management (MDM) features are powerful, the Linux agent setup was a bit more hands-on compared to the Apple and Windows Autopilot workflows. It wasn't a blocker, but some extra documentation on custom shell script deployment for niche distributions would be helpful. Also, because the platform evolves so quickly, the UI occasionally updates faster than the help center videos. It’s a minor annoyance, but having slightly more granular filtering in the historical activity logs would also make audit deep-dives even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to move from Startup chaos to audit -ready without hiring a full-time IT specialist. Swif.ai's Remote Support Software and slient installation capabilities have been game-changers for onboarding new hires globally. It has also completely eliminated our "Shadow IT" anxiety; the browser extension flags unauthorized AI tool usage before it becomes a liability. For a small team like Cadastral, this level of automated visibility means we spend less time on manual inventory checks and more time actually building our platform

Bridging the Gap Between Legal Compliance and IT Security

  • May 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In the entertainment world, we handle a massive amount of proprietary data across a distributed workforce. Swif.ai's Mobile Device Management has been a breath of fresh air for our legal team. It allows us to enforce strict encryption and data privacy policies without being a bottleneck for our creative staff. The automated compliance mapping for SOC2 is incredibly accurate, which makes my job during annual audits significantly less stressful. It feels like the system was built for actual human workflows rather than just technical checklists.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Endpoint Management features are robust, I initially found the granularity of the permission settings a bit overwhelming. As someone in a legal role rather than IT, navigating the initial setup for specific user-group access required a few calls with their support team. They were helpful, but a more simplified Legal vs IT view for administrative settings would be a great addition. Also, the mobile app version of the dashboard is missing a few of the deeper reporting filters I occasionally need while traveling between venues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with maintaining a consistent security posture across our 500+ employees, especially those using personal devices for work. Swif.ai solved this by providing a unified Remote support layer that lets our IT team troubleshoot issues instantly without compromising privacy. For Ryman Hospitality Properties, this means our sensitive legal documents and internal communications stay protected regardless of the hardware being used. It has effectively eliminated the "Shadow IT" risks we were worried about, giving us peace of mind that we are meeting our regulatory obligations across all platforms.

Fantastic Shadow IT Blocking and Strict App Controls with Swift AI

  • April 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Protecting our corporate network from malware is critical, especially when workers connect to unsecured public Wi‑Fi networks at supply stores or cafes. Swift AI Shadow IT blocking is fantastic. I can enforce strict application controls on the company devices, and if a worker tries to download an unapproved app, Swift AI actively blocks the installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Protecting our corporate network from malware is critical, especially when field workers connect over unsecured public Wi‑Fi. Swif AI Shadow IT blocking is fantastic, and it lets me enforce a strict application whitelist on our company-owned tablets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The API rate limits are frustrating when we try to export our security event logs into our central SIEM tool, especially if we run a bulk audit to check the firewall status of all two hundred field devices simultaneously.
