Swif.ai is a compliance-first UEM and MDM platform for endpoint management, device compliance, and Shadow IT detection across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and iPadOS. Automate SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS readiness with US data residency.
Swif.ai is a compliance-first unified endpoint management (UEM) and MDM platform that helps IT and security teams manage macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and iPadOS from one console. It combines zero-touch enrollment, silent deployment, patching, policy enforcement, remote support, and browser-level visibility so teams can secure every endpoint without juggling multiple point solutions.
Swif.ai turns device compliance into a continuous workflow. Teams can automate controls for encryption, passwords, updates, access, and device posture, then export audit-ready evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS requirements. Integrations with Vanta, Drata, Thoropass, SecureFrame, and other compliance platforms help reduce manual audit work and keep security programs audit-ready.
Swif.ai also detects Shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, browser extensions, and unauthorized AI tools in real time, giving teams the context and automation needed to alert, guide, or block risky usage. The US tenant supports organizations that need US data residency while improving endpoint security, operational efficiency, and compliance automation at scale.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Total Users, meaning the number of employees you manage with Swif. Your cost scales directly with headcount — each employee you enroll counts as one user. There are no separate device, application, or feature tiers to select here. You buy under a contract commitment, and you set the user quantity to match your workforce. As your team grows or shrinks, the user count is the only variable that drives what you pay under this model.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under the Total Users dimension?
One user is one employee you manage with Swif, tied to a person rather than a device. Even if that employee has several devices enrolled, they still count as a single user. Your billed quantity matches your managed headcount, not your device count.
Does adding more devices per employee increase what I pay?
No. Under this contract, cost is driven only by the number of managed employees (Total Users), not by how many devices each person uses. Swif manages macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android from one console, so extra devices per user do not change your user count.
What happens to my cost if my headcount changes during the term?
Total Users is the only variable that drives cost. You set the user quantity at purchase to match your workforce. Changes to your managed employee count are what adjust your commitment. For details on mid-term quantity changes, contact the vendor.

Automated, Real-Time SOC 2 Evidence That Saves Hours
Reviewed on Jul 08, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Preparing the documentation for our SOC 2 review used to mean taking endless screenshots of device configurations. This tool connects directly to our compliance platform and automatically pushes real-time evidence of device security and patch status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alert notifications can occasionally be a bit too frequent when people are briefly offline or restarting their machines. Adjusting the threshold rules also takes some manual fine-tuning in the settings to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have a centralized way to provide auditors with proof that the company is fully encrypted and up to date. This software automates that evidence collection, reducing our compliance prep time from weeks to just a few hours.

Effortless Device Onboarding That Keeps Security Tight
Reviewed on Jul 07, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding workflow for new employee devices was incredibly straightforward. We ship the hardware directly to employees, and guiding them through the enrollment process requires very little hand-holding. It helps us maintain a tight security posture without needing a massive, dedicated IT department to oversee every single laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools export perfectly fine to CSV files, but the built-in visual charts on the dashboard could use more customization options for quick executive presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the guesswork from device tracking. We always know exactly who has which hardware, its current security status, and whether it has been patched, which saves us hours compared with manual spreadsheet tracking.

Clean, Easy Dashboard for Centralized Laptop Management
Reviewed on Jul 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Managing company laptops across different branches was becoming difficult as our team expanded. Swif,ai gave us one place to check device status, policy compliance, and overall health without having to move between multiple tools. The dashboard is clean and doesn’t take much time to understand, and it has simplified our daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more options for customizing the reports. Some sections of the dashboard could also be arranged more freely, so it’s easier to set things up the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This provides centralized endpoint management and has reduced the amount of manual work needed to keep devices compliant.

Onboarding Made Easy with Hands-Off Laptop Setup
Reviewed on Jul 04, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Not much honestly. The device Enrollment worked fine once we got it going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The activity logs take forever to update. I ran a compliance fix on a laptop and the status didnt change for almost 15 minutes. For an audit thats basically useless. Also the logs dont show what actually happened, just a generic "policy applied" with no detail. I had to go check the device manually anyway so what is the point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing this, setting up employee laptops meant hours of manual software installation by our senior staff. Now we deploy standard work profiles remotely, which cuts setup time from about half a day to just under twenty minutes per machine.

Some of the advanced settings could benefit from better onboarding documentation, and having additional report templates available would also be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has standardized device management while reducing day-to-day administration.
