Seamless Vanta & Drata Integration with Real-Time Evidence Syncing

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with compliance platforms like Vanta and Drata was incredibly smooth, and it provides real-time evidence syncing that saves us weeks of manual auditing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit more neutral, because right now it feels overcrowded, especially across the sidebar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we don’t need to maintain separate management tools for different operating systems, and we can ensure we stay audit-ready 24/7.

Smooth Silent Installer Makes New-Hire Laptop Setup Effortless

  • February 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The silent installer functionality is very smooth on both Mac and Windows. We can hand a laptop directly to a new hire, and all of our security policies and software packages will be pushed automatically the moment they log in, without any manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard for managing Linux endpoints isn’t as feature-rich as the Apple or Windows sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our IT team a lot. Now they don’t need to manually prepare laptops for new hires.

Best-in-Class Shadow IT Alerts with Handy Lock & Wipe Controls

  • February 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Shadow IT detection alerts are the best, and they’re very helpful for spotting unapproved applications on corporate phones almost immediately. The lock and wipe controls are also handy during onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard feels overwhelming and a bit cramped, especially when I’m tracking a lot of devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us a lot in tightening up our mobile security, and it also cut down on exploratory threats that had previously gone unnoticed.

Fast, Low-Overhead Device Management with Strong Identity Integrations

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to go from zero to managed devices very quickly. Swif.ai’s identity integrations made it easy to enforce policies the moment users signed in. The built-in compliance benchmarks also aligned well with our SOC 2 and ISO requirements. Overall, it feels like it was designed for teams that need results fast, without a lot of extra overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is solid overall, but some export options could be more customizable. At times, I find myself wanting a simpler, more streamlined view that’s easier to share with non-technical stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif.ai ties device management directly to compliance requirements, which means fewer last-minute scrambles before audits. We can spot issues early and address them before they turn into audit findings.

Excellent Visibility Into Unauthorised SaaS and AI Tools

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was the built-in visibility into unauthorised SaaS and AI tools on our endpoints. It gave us insights we’d never had before, which has been really helpful in reducing security blind spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the most irritating part was the alert noise—it was so loud until we adjusted the thresholds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can eliminate risky software issues before they happen by identifying unauthorised apps and tools on employee devices, and we can block them.

Single Console Policy Management Across Mac, Windows, and Linux

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest feature of swif.ai, in my view, is having a single console to manage policies across Mac, Windows, and Linux machines, which has been crucial for our mixed environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options are very useful; however, the custom audit reports could offer more depth and flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been very useful for our work because we used to depend on three separate tools before, and now we only need this one. That change has improved our efficiency and made our workflow much simpler.

Automatic Endpoint Enrollment & Instant Policy Enforcement Saved Me Hours

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was the automatic enrollment of endpoints, and the instant policy enforcement. Together, they saved me hours of manual setup every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features felt limited when it came to advanced filtering, especially in cases where we needed more granular audit logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly identify risky applications and compliance drafts in minutes instead of days.

Excellent Auto-Enrollment and Fast Encrypted Policy Rollouts

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The auto-enrollment for new hires’ devices is excellent. We can roll out the encrypted policy to compliant endpoints in minutes rather than days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our HR system still requires some manual mapping, which slows down full automation for our onboarding workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif AI has helped us reduce manual setup time and improved collaboration between the HR and IT teams for secure onboarding.

Swif.ai: Fast Setup and Effortless Cross-Platform Compliance

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Swif.ai was surprisingly quick to set up. We had devices enrolled and policies up and running in under an hour, without having to write scripts or walk users through installs. The smart groups just work, and it’s straightforward to apply policies across macOS and Windows from a single place. The pre-built compliance mappings for SOC 2 also saved us a lot of manual work right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product moves fast, which is mostly a good thing, but at first the interface can feel a bit crowded, like there’s a lot packed into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif.ai removes a lot of the friction between device management and compliance. Rather than juggling an MDM, spreadsheets, and separate audit tools, it brings everything together in a single platform. Features like silent installs and identity integrations make onboarding and offboarding much cleaner and more consistent. As a result, we spend less time preparing for audits and more time actually improving device security.
