What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly the system auto-enrolls new hires’ devices and pushes the policies without me having to intervene.
What do you dislike about the product?
The offboarding process still requires manual HR–IT coordination because some of the HR integrations aren’t fully in place yet, which has led to occasional lapses in deprovisioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
swif.ai has cut down the hours of manual setup during new-employee onboarding, and it has helped keep device configurations consistent across the company.

Swif Makes Linux Updates Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Swif right now at ___ for a while. Its been really good for our macbook and Linux devices. Specifically Ubuntu! The automated updating for Linux is what we were looking for and its working exactly as shown in the demo for our SOC2 with Vanta.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really found anything we dislike yet. It just does exactly what we need. It has some other features but we just don't need them right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif has been solving our Mac's and Linux, specifically Ubuntu SOC2 requirements for MDM.

What do you like best about the product?
Swif.ai has made mobile device management much simpler for our team. Setting up compliance was quick and didn’t involve lengthy projects. Applying and monitoring policies is straightforward. I use it every day to check on device status and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain advanced settings can be difficult to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution enabled us to secure our devices quickly and address our compliance requirements. We experienced less manual setup and noticed fewer gaps in our processes. Managing everything on an ongoing basis has also become much easier.

The baseline encryption and password policies are straightforward to implement, and they are automatically enforced across all devices.

The mobile device support feels lighter compared to the desktop version. Adding a few more Android I/O controls would be beneficial.
