Finally, Compliance That Doesn’t Keep Me Up at Night
What do you like best about the product?
Swif AI automates policy enforcement and syncs with our compliance tools (Vanta, Drata) so seamlessly that audits feel like a checkbox now—not a crisis. Plus, it works across macOS, Windows, and Linux without any headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting could dive deeper into individual user activity logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual compliance grunt work and the chaos of managing devices across three OSes.
Reduces the amount of manual setup difficulties
What do you like best about the product?
Swif can automate functions and connect with many different devices, making it easy to use. Nearly a hundred devices can be controlled at once with this app. Additionally, numerous policies and app packages can be put into place with minimal delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform satisfies all of my requirements, and it is simple and intuitive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage all user devices easily and directly because of this. Encrypting data or resetting account passwords is a breeze with Swif. It reduces the number of manual setup difficulties each user has to go through.
Implementing automatic device policies
What do you like best about the product?
There is the possibility of implementing automatic device policies with Swif. A significant amount of time is saved in this manner, and evidence is synchronized with Drata. The user-friendly features and ease of use make it an extremely useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any problems. This is an amazing platform with advanced and modern features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of Windows was the primary issue that Swif attempted to solve. This eliminates the need for us to deal with a complicated system such as Microsoft Intune because it is simple to use.
Manage device security and connect data to Drata
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for an MDM tool on the Drata app market and found Swif. It exceeds our expectations. We were able to manage both Windows and Mac. The UX experience works great. The team gives us support via Slack group which resolves most of the issues in a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
A helpful app indeed for managing device security. Nothing has been spotted to me till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swif is a user-friendly app for maintaining device security. It allows connect device security data to Drata and lets us pass our auditing on SOC 2.
Manage devices with groups and policies
What do you like best about the product?
I like its group template the most. Almost 100 devices are managed at the same time with this app. We automated device policies and software deployment with dynamic group assignments. This saves a lot of time for new hire onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to group users by titles or locations. I hope this can be added soon.

Boosts our productivity for compliance requirements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the affordability of the platform the most. It lets us deploy encryption, and password policies in a few minutes. The free antivirus installation is a big advantage too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software uploader is only for macOS at the moment. Windows is important for us. But this is not a big blocker for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating policy deployment along with collecting data is now easier with Swif. It works as an all-in-one solution for compliance automation. If you want quick control over your device this is a must. Thedata auditing processes are done by Vant.
Provide a quick review of device management and compliance automation
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint security is a big issue for our company's device management and Swif works with it seamlessly. Also, it works on access control compliance requirements. Swifintegrates with Vanta makes it very useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it as a reliable source for my startup. Nothing so far disturbs me.

It gives us a quick review of our device management and deploy compliance' requirements for devices.
Managing company devices and sync compliance data
What do you like best about the product?
Swif is a great app for keeping us on track by managing devices for almost 100 devices. It syncs device data and save our time on compliance requirement endpoint data gathering. The new access report function was in beta but it lets us track who has access to what and sync that evidence to Drata.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is reliable and effective for a startup like us. I don't find any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Policy control like encryption and password policy require a MDM tool. Otherwise, we have to call each member to set up manually. It was too consuming. And then Swif syncs the policy evidence to Drata so we don’t need to manually screenshot on each computer and then upload to Drata. Swif also lets us install free anti-virus and sync that evidence to Drata automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy it is to integrate with out client's HRIS, and how easy it is to ramp up and use the product itself. Unlike other providers, they made it easy to understand how everything works and it saved us over 50k on hiring additional staff to oversee daily operations
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, everything was smooth from onboarding and our trial with Swif.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a quick and easy way to understand what's happening on the company devices, know the employee productivity, and have a way for us to lock, wipe, and reset passwords if ever we need it.
