Streamline client communication with a portal
What do you like best about the product?
Everything lives in the CRM
We no longer have to jump between tools. The entire history of tickets, notes, emails, and even feedback lives in one place under the contact record. It’s a huge help if different people on your team handle different stages of the relationship.

What do you dislike about the product?
Portal customization is limited
You can brand it and edit the copy, but you won’t get full design control. It works well for support use cases, but if you’re hoping to use it as a more general client dashboard, there are some layout limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the service hub. It is extremely user friendly and easy to adopt!
What do you dislike about the product?
Bringing in data from other systems has been challenging without customizable APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to combing multiple inputs of communications into a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chatbot is not able to have different voices for different brands.

Handling a medium volume support load with fewer people
HubSpot was very easy to implement and is customizable to our individual business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the Customer Success workspace and functionality. The health scores give us real actionable insight into our client relationships
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t integrate with our other systems in the way that we would like so we’re creating custom integrations. Having more customizable native integrations would be great!

Giving our Customer Success team access to their entire book of business in one place. It also allows them to proactively reach out to clients and monitor the health of the relationship

Managing multiple ticket pipelines for different teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the kanban view that allows us to see where tickets are in the pipeline visually. I love how you can customize and automate with workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to differentiate my tickets more in the visual view. Having more ticket tag options would be great.

Keeping track of all of our tickets and drilling down data related to ticket owners.

I like that you can customize it to work for your industry

Set up can be intimidating but if you have a strong user or partner incantation be easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it seamless it works with the other areas in hubspot to make service teams more integrated with sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the most different in appearance to the other hubs. The other hubs seem more consistent across the displays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping service team members in the forefront and allowing us to make the appropriate business changes.
Straightforward tool makes resolving questions a breeze

I really like the AI recommended responses. They are high quality and also very easy to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see service hub in the app so that I can respond to tickets when I am away from my computer.
