What do you like best about the product?
I like Rubrik's intuitive interface (UI/UX) because I understand what and where to use, thanks to everything being thought out for me. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, and that Rubrik solved our backup and restore issues effectively. Additionally, I enjoy that Rubrik is integrated into our broader infrastructure and data protection stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think pricing could be more flexible for small teams. More flexible pricing tiers or usage-based options would make Rubrik more accessible for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rubrik solved our backups and restores issues. I love its intuitive interface as it makes using the product straightforward because everything is already thought out for me.

One of my main concerns with Rubrik is the relatively high total cost of ownership, especially when scaling across larger hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rubrik addresses the growing risk that distributed hybrid and multi-cloud data cannot be reliably recovered after ransomware or infrastructure compromise by providing immutable backups, unified policy control, and orchestrated recovery.

ubrik can be pricey compared to alternatives. Licensing and subscriptions for enterprise features sometimes feel steep, especially for smaller environments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and reliability of Rubrik. It works really well and has been very fast in terms of performance. The policies are very flexible and can tailor to any business's needs. The support is phenomenal if there are ever any issues. Additionally, the setup was very straightforward and smooth.

I think it would be better if additional briks weren't as expensive/more easily accessible.

Rubrik helps in backing up online accounts that don't connect to local backups, ensuring we comply with cyber insurance requirements.

Rubrik is a solid solution for backup and disaster recovery. It’s easy to use and offers a lot of features that help meet most enterprise backup requirements and rules.

O365 granular recovery wasn’t as good as VEEAM, and that’s the main reason many people move on.

I find the system not user-friendly, and there's a need for training programs for beginners. It can be overwhelming trying to learn on the fly.

What I like the most is how simple it makes the whole backup and recovery process. The platform is very clear, tasks are set up quickly, and it allows you to see the status of all backups in a very transparent way. I also greatly appreciate that the restorations are fast and that it has integrated ransomware protection features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features may feel a bit technical if you don't have prior experience in backup management. Additionally, the cost can be high for small or medium-sized businesses, especially if a more comprehensive deployment is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be complicated to ensure that backups were up to date and that recovery was really fast. With Rubrik, I have always updated copies, protection against attacks, and the guarantee that I can restore complete systems or specific files in a short time. This reduces risks, prevents significant losses, and improves business continuity without much effort.

I like that Rubrik is easy to integrate and manage. It provides an additional layer of protection for our data and works well alongside Microsoft Purview by resolving all the gaps it has. The initial setup was smooth, working with the vendor made it easy.

I think they can be better on reporting, but they have been improving lately
