What do you like best about the product?
I thought the customer support when running into problems was good. The UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The DB related backups UI could use some improvement around the edges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a lot of backups & disaster recovery benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rubrik is very user-friendly. I use just about everything in it and find it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Rubrik could use more support. The initial setup wasn't hard, but it wasn't exactly easy either. It needed the help of staff support.

Rubrik helps solve minor inventory problems.
