No major downside. The price could be less, but you are paying for a good product.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Rubrik uses immutable backups because it protects copies, so attackers can't just encrypt or delete them. It also detects and flags any suspicious changes to protected data. The setup was pretty straightforward, as long as I understood all the prerequisites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Rubrik had a deeper integration with Dynamics 365. It would be really helpful if it could restore records on an opportunity level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rubrik secures my Dynamics 365 data, ensuring redundancy against malware and ransomware attacks. I appreciate its immutable backups and the ability to flag suspicious data changes. However, I'd like deeper Dynamics 365 integration, like restoring records at the opportunity level.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is simplicity in managing backups that Rubrik provides. Policy-based SLA domains allow me to define once retention and frequency, which I apply to all workloads, as I don’t have to configure each job separately. There is a single dashboard that shows at a glance what is backed up and what has failed. Immortal backups provide me peace of mind that recovery data will be safe from ransomware.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing and pricing may be costly, particularly as data increases. Some complex features may take some time to learn about in the beginning, and the creation of reports may not be as flexible as I would like. The support is efficient, although sometimes escalation may be necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, backup jobs were being done individually and therefore consumed a lot of time as well as making it difficult for us to be sure of what is being backed up. However, the introduction of Rubrik has simplified this process since we are able to define the SLAs and apply them to all the workload. It also provides immutable backup so we can be sure that our data is safe from ransomware.

I love so many things that Rubrik offer, however the one that favourite is its modern, convenient UI an performance. I'm also truly impressed by the intelligent AI bot. And I find the intergratiosn helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Rubrik's cyber resilience and data security features. It provides an enterprise-level zero trust data security and cyber resilience platform that makes my data more secure. The data organization and manipulation capabilities are impressive, especially with the ETL feature for extraction, transform, and load, which helps create data pipelines. I also find Rubrik's data protection and threat monitoring valuable, along with the single software as a service-driven control platform and the Rubrik Security Cloud. The user experience and interface are great once you get familiar with the platform, making it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Rubrik isn't very easy. At first glance, it seems difficult and takes some time to get used to. You have to explore the platform and get to know the available tools and features, which I found to be the tricky part. But once familiar with it, the interface becomes easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rubrik helps solve database connection errors, manage database types, and provides strong data security and cyber resilience. It enhances data organization and manipulation with ETL features and offers a secure, enterprise platform.
