Easy, Audit-Ready Backup & Recovery with Fast Support and Smooth Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
back up and recovery is easy to understand and implement however it is still technically complex enough to satisfy the requirements of a company that is constantly audited by regulatory bodies. Performs well without many hiccups. Pricing is friendly enough comparing to competitors. Support is available and quick. It removes manual labour, enables faster recovery and integrates well with platforms such as servicenow
What do you dislike about the product?
advanced features have a steep learning curve, not very easy to implement across a complex environment with architecture that is not simple it requires quite a huge amount of time to learn to implement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration with servicenow helps cmdb management, backup and disaster recovery features are enabling us to meet the needed requirements for banking applicatios in terms of RTO/RPO
Easy to Use, Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use Rubrik for backup and recovery and it makes me feel secure. I appreciate the easy interface, which is well thought out for the end user. I can work without any worries, knowing my data is safe and won't be deleted. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and everything works the way I want it to work.

Theres nothing to complain about

I use Rubrik for backup and recovery, which makes me feel secure. If I feel safe in my data not being deleted, I can work without any worries.

Can be coatly, Hardware updrage may be rigid and advanced reporting or customization options can feel limited in viry high complex environments, thats it

Solving bqckup complexity, slow recovery, and ransomeware risk by automating datq protection, which improves reliability speeds recovery and reduce admin efforts for me

I like that Rubrik can be integrated with Sentinel SIEM, which helps send all the alerts like ransomware, anomalies, and backup events. The initial setup of Rubrik was quite straightforward. Additionally, it's a good product with better service, which has been working quite well since we implemented it.

Effective Ransomware Protection with Quality Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Rubrik Cloud Vault to keep backups of my data and protect myself from ransomware. I find their product quality top-notch. I find high availability with Rubrik, and also their support system is really good. The initial setup was quite easy and simple enough to onboard, which is one of the things we loved about moving to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX can use some improvement. Sometimes I find glitches in the dashboard or latency in UI reflecting latest changes. Their UI could be made lighter and lazy loading could be used in certain sections of the UI to improve user readability and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Rubrik for recovering and backing up data and VMs as a backup solution. I like its fast and reliable restores, which are crucial when dealing with incidents. The process reduces pressure during such times, making the downtime only minutes instead of hours. Additionally, the restores provide clean data, which I appreciate. The 'store and forget' feature adds to the simplicity of using Rubrik, which makes it valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a cheap solution, need to buy license and hardware infrastructure. For small environments, it could be expensive.

I use Rubrik for data recovery in case of ransomware, ensuring my data is clean and recoverable. It's fast with reliable restores, reduces downtime to minutes, and lowers pressure during incidents. The simplicity and 'store and forget' feature make it really valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Rubrik's simple UI with a modern feel compared to other backup tools like Veeam. The policy-based backups make it easy to manage, automating tasks like schedules and retentions, which reduces the manual effort. Additionally, the initial setup of Rubrik is pretty straightforward based on my experience with demos and what I've worked through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used it deeply yet since we aren't using it in prod yet, my eyes have mostly been on things that we already look for in general. But looks like some configs, and license-pricing aren't very clear and needs a bit of studying I guess. I don't have any specific suggestions since I haven't evaluated enough. But clearer guidance on some like SLA config for first timers and more straightforward explanation on licensing could help.

One of the area about rubrik is pricing is slighly higher for smaller organization or startups with limited backup need. Couple of advance feature require additional licensing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with managing backups across the organization which is very time consuming and manual process, which make the process slow during urgent needs. But after using Rubrik, all this problem has been solved. we are now able to automate backup policies, monitoring workload,and restoring the system much faster. This save lots of time and cost of manual effort.
