What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft integration isn’t as deep as I would like it to be. It would be great if it was as deep as Crowdstrikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our backup and file recovery solution and it also helps with managing identity security.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Rubrik to run our internal data protection team and protect many objects within our environment. It acts as our security tool for backups and ensures we can restore if needed. I appreciate the ability to revert back to an older version and restore any object if deleted. Support and the dashboard itself are great; having one central location where I can see everything is nice. I love the UI and am a big fan of how everything is laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think NAS Cloud Direct can be upgraded and be soon integrated within the RSC. I am not a big fan of the minimal SLA configuration you can set on them. Maybe we can use more reporting options? Exporting would be a nice touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Rubrik to protect our data, ensuring we can restore any object if it's deleted, solving the problem of not reverting to older versions.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic nature of the system, picking up new servers after discovering them. Customer service is pretty responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service isn’t as good as it used to be. It feels like the initial support staff isn’t as knowledgeable as before and often relies on scripts with a handful of canned responses. As a result, issues can linger and sometimes don’t get resolved even after multiple tries.

Quick and easy restores. Typically quick responses from support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a hassle to get a higher tier support when necessary, seems like every update introduces something that breaks a piece of our backups, for example Identity AD backup we have struggled with since implementation.
