What do you like best about the product?

I use HYCU for backups of our Nutanix clusters, and I appreciate the ease compared to clunky backup software like Veeam. HYCU just works flawlessly so far, and I love that I haven't had to kill any hung-up jobs. I don't have to constantly monitor it to see if it's doing its job. The ease of setup is fantastic, and I like how it integrates with AWS. It makes it valuable to me because I just don't have to micromanage it.

I love how HYCU acts as a single product that backs up our entire SaaS portfolio, making it much easier to manage all backups in a single pane of glass. It's incredibly valuable for giving us control over our data in the event of a SaaS outage. I also appreciate that it's a very comprehensive and fully featured product. The support team has been super helpful and excellent in assisting with the setup.

It's a very comprehensive and fully-featured product, which means it's not the most intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

HYCU backs up my entire SaaS portfolio, making it easy to manage with a single pane of glass. It exceeds the backup offerings of SaaS providers, helps us meet ISO27001, and gives us control over data during SaaS outages.

What do you like best about the product?

The simplistic design of the solution complimented by the comprehensive backup that is provided, give me and the key stakeholders complete peace of mind that our environment is fully protected.

What do you dislike about the product?

I honestly cannot think of any downsides to the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease in which the solution can be setup enabled us to switch from an expensive Veeam-heavy backup configuration to HYCU in a very small amount of time. Whether the requirement is to provide verification that backups are ready for use, or to utilise an offsite, air gapped backup target, HYCU has the answers. Policies that fulfil almost every element of an audit to prove your backup solution is robust and fit for purpose.

What do you like best about the product?

Completing the HYCU Admin Certification has been an excellent experience that significantly enhanced my understanding of modern data protection and hybrid-cloud backup strategies.
The course materials were clear and informative, covering everything from initial deployment and configuration to advanced monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting. I especially appreciated the hands-on labs, which allowed me to gain confidence working with the HYCU platform in realistic scenarios.

Earning this certification not only strengthened my technical skills but also deepened my ability to design efficient, reliable, and scalable backup solutions. It’s a valuable credential for anyone looking to expand their expertise in data protection, hybrid cloud operations, or enterprise backup management.
