What do you like best about the product?

This is a robust backup solution, particularly for organizations using Nutanix OS. Since implementation, we have seen significant improvements in the reliability and efficiency of our backup processes. The platform performs consistently, is dependable, and delivers exactly what it is designed to do. It's price model is competitive and at times better than others. Support and on boarding was exceptional and we had a great experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing yet. We have used the product for 3 years and no complaints

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration with S3 storage helped us move the backup seamlesly to the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that HYCU is a simple and intuitive solution that does not require being a backup expert to be used correctly. The support is also commendable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I cannot consistently download the validation test reports because they are generated at the end of the validation test work and disappear.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use HYCU to back up VMs on Nutanix. I appreciate its simplicity and intuitiveness, and it doesn't require being an expert to use it correctly.

What do you like best about the product?

Simple to deploy, use, manage, and Operate.

What do you dislike about the product?

we can't understand the reason why many alerts are sent to our email address unless create a case for support.

On the other hand, Nutanix provides a lot of KB for workload to us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I guess HYCU should provide a lot of knowledge base for users to do workaround as soon as possible.

As of now, we can't understand the meanings of the message of any alerts.

Seamless operation and a good user interface

I've noticed some time the restore point of a backup is missing.

Data retention and restoration of a backup

Very good and fast support, easy setup and operation

Some points have not yet been implemented because the product is still in the development stage.

Our most important documents are well secured by HYCU and their backup is monitored.

What do you like best about the product?

Dependable and easy to use, with straightforward upgrades and very good support. Adding on prem or cloud storage is also easy to do and HYCU integrates well with Nutanix.

What do you dislike about the product?

Overall, I’m very happy with HYCU. One thing I’ve run into, and would like to see added, is the ability to include the date in the name of a scheduled report.

HYCU makes it easy to back up and restore data, whether you’re using on-prem storage or cloud storage.

I appreciate that HYCU is easy to use and runs smoothly. It is very clear and still offers all the features we need. The support is great, and the initial setup was very easy with excellent assistance.

Sometimes I have trouble understanding the documentation. But then you can also ask the support, who responds directly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use HYCU for the complete backup and restore process of our Nutanix infrastructure. It is simple and clear, but has all the features we need.

We stay in control by using our own storage, and HYCU has the largest set of backup services we found when we searched the market.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Security on Google Workspace backups is a little sketchy. As an admin, I can actually access the inbox of my co-workers and read their e-mail.

As a provider of cloud services, security is extremely important to us, and backup is an essential part of security.
