What do you like best about the product?

I like Rubrik's centralized, policy-driven backup and recovery strategies. These strategies are more resilient and robust in nature. Setting up Rubrik is quite easy, and I appreciate the easiness of getting it up and running.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think customer support could definitely improve. They should take more feedback from users and maybe reach out to organizations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Rubrik for making backups and recovery. It's helpful with strong, policy-driven backups that are immutable.

What do you like best about the product?

Its ease of use for the person. Even if you are new you can navigate easily and the levwl of protection is reliable is also that i feel as compared to other competitors in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?

Maybe a too much knowledge at once like you can have a bettwr onboarding process and let people decide abput what all they want to know and what not asper there wish.

It is good at protecting from cuber attacks and ransomeware thats what i am lookinh for ward to and see it do very wfficientky and thats what builds trust also.

I use Rubrik to protect my business data from cyber attacks. I really appreciate its ability to restore my affected files in the event of such an attack. What I like most about Rubrik is its capability to protect customer data from both cyber attacks and cyber fraud. The initial setup was very easy.

I use Rubrik to protect my business data from cyber attacks, ensuring restoration of affected files. It effectively safeguards customer data from cyber fraud.

Ease of use, and the large interoperatability accross multiple vendors. The ability to integrate and the reporting is helpful when deploying the solution

Despite having a comprehensive reporting tool, we have had some issues where an experianced engineer couldnt troubleshoot a simple issue due to the lack of documentation

Backup complexity. It replaces the need for having multiple tools, scripts and schedules with a fully featured policy driven backup tool. And the ability to automate most of the work is really nice

It’s a great tool for taking database backups, snapshots of VM's. It helps with creating snapshots and managing everything in a centralized place. Those snapshots can also be easily used to create new databases when needed.

For a beginner, this may feel like too much, since it requires a solid learning foundation beforehand. The user interface could have been made simpler as well; it’s difficult to find what you need and to move through the interface smoothly.

It provides a centralised platform for managing different copies or snapshots of databases and AMIs. This has reduced the administrative overhead of handling and tracking different backups across multiple locations.

If a system crashes, its "Live Mount" feature lets you restore everything and get back to work in minutes rather than hours.

Highly expensive and uses a rigid appliance model that forces you to buy more hardware nodes even if you only need extra storage space. Administrators also report that the built-in reporting dashboards lack deep customization, and the platform offers limited support for legacy physical hardware or niche, open-source databases compared to its competitors.

Rubrik is a premium, enterprise-grade product, and it is priced like one. For smaller businesses or mid-market companies, the upfront cost and licensing fees can be a massive barrier to entry. If you don't absolutely need its advanced ransomware and security features, it can feel like overkill for your budget

It requires manual deployment across the infrastructure rather than being native. I’ve also run into occasional bugs after updates that temporarily break functionality. On top of that, some users find Rubrik expensive compared to alternatives.
