What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and setup. Safe guard against ramsomeware
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sql and oracle backup supprt helping our dba to backuo and restore are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our agency replace aging IBM tsm. It offers ramsome attack support. It does ok job restoring file for basic user file backup

What do you dislike about the product?
It defenatly has its floors when coming to releaseing new versions and patches. Some of these often seem rushed as we have had a few instances now where we have upgrades the software to find the next morning all our backups have failed, this then puts a bit of a bad taste in your mouth when having to unpick everything to get he backups up and running once again whilst giving reassurance to senior management

Security and Reliability, there is now a massive confidence boost within the senior management teams that our data is safe and recoverable should the event arise
