What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACCELQ helps streamline the automation of complex test cases without requiring extensive coding skills. This solves the challenge of involving non-technical team members in the testing process, making collaboration smoother. Additionally, its cloud-based platform simplifies setup and maintenance, eliminating the need for dedicated infrastructure. ACCELQ’s integration with CI/CD pipelines ensures that automated tests run seamlessly with our deployment cycles, reducing the time to release and enhancing overall product quality.

The interface is easy to use for both technical and non-technical team members.

There isone thing that I dislike about ACCELQ is the UI.

It helps me to solve difficult challenges very easily related to automtion testing

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple AccelQ is to run and get going. The learning curve is small, and once you pick up their lingo (ex: to enter a comment, they (accelq) uses the term 'annotate') it's very user friendly in helping you build out scripts. Being able to run each line or command in real time is SUPER beneficial and time saving! You can see instantly if the command will work and if it doesn't, accelq helps you fix it automatically. It basically sets you up for a successful run. We've been able to use it to do repetitive tasks in Salesforce orgs instead of having to do it manually every time we spin a new org. So it's a great testing tool, AND a great manual task generator tool. Overall, great great great product and great support team!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is sometimes tests will fail randomly when run as a whole. What i've found is when this happens, it's usually a salesforce issue with loading the page, so it would be nice if accelq could auto refresh or auto retry to navigate for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AccelQ is helping us solve the problem of not having enough time or resources to fully test updates to our products. We can build out scripts to test it for us.

Accelq has no coding which makes this tool easy to understand.

As per my experience sometimes it is hard to define elements.

It is beneficial when you have to prepare the same test data multiple times.
Helpful in automation regression suits and we can avoid manual rework.
I automated one of the Salesforce projects, in which we are creating multiple applications using the portal, and all the information going to be saved in Salesforce
once the application is saved we have to validate all the information from the portal to Salesforce, whole activity takes around 45 minutes.
We automated in less time using Accelq features like parameterization.
Helpful in automation regression suits and we can avoid manual rework.

AccelQ - Very good product overall
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can automate tests without knowing the coding. Easy to implement. Good features and improving the product quickly. New enhancements are being added quickly which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, issues with Chrome Webdrivers update for agents. Customer support is good but can get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed integration between SpiraPlan and AccelQ, and they provided the solution which we are implementing very soon.
Easy and all in one solution for Test Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard without any coding skills. Very user friendly UI. Great customer service and support. New feaure at regular time interval and guides and support for those. Reusability, easy and quick element identification makes this tool a great automation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing critical I think about. Sometimes you might need update some of your driver but you will get this information in your consol for any error. Support is always available if you get into any issues which helps resolve it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test automation which increased our productivity and faster regression testing and deployment of new features
Accelq is the most easy, capable and maintainable testing tools I have used in my 20+ year career
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the low code/no code nature fo the application. The HUGE releases they have, where many new features and updates are added. Customer support is excellent as is client relationship management. We use Accelq for web, mobile responsive, mobile (iOS,Android) App testing; which includes many REST API calls. We also no longer need developers to write and maintain our automation. Teammates with high product knowledge but no developer skills are able to contribute and assist in maintaining out regresttion test infrastructure. The product is notr "flaky" at all; while we had seasoned developers writign our selenium automation we still had considerable flakiness. Also, the HUGE maven project we used to have to maintain for our Automation frameworkd is gone. Accels manages all of it; authoring, execution, scheduling, reporting.... Our team can focus on Testing once again and not keeping our automation framework running. It was super easy to integrate into our CIDC pipeline as well. IF you see it in the doccs and like it the n you will be a happy customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not use the windows desktop automation capabilities. For me it is not as easy as web/mobile functional testing. I am excited to how mobile application capabilities evolve. While functional I look froward to mobie testing becoming as easy as the web. While the integrtaion with Perfecto works it could be much improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to transitio from a developer based testign platform to a low code/no code platform. We also needed to speed up test creation and maintenance. Additionally we needed a tool to perform mobile regression on iOS/Android with 1 tool to execute both using single script. It meets all these needs and more.
ACCELQ is great automation tool with well organised support
What do you like best about the product?
ACCELQ is a great test automation tool that I've seen so far. We have been using ACCELQ for more than 1.5years now and running more than 1000 test scripts in multiple domains and platforms (web based, D365 FinOps CRM, APIs, Desktop) and in creating all these we don't need any programming skills.That's the magic of the ACCELQ No/Low code tool.
The implementation process which starts from engaging sales, planning for on-boarding, training, creation of scripts with the help of ACCELQ Product Specialists and support throughout the journey is remarkable by the team.
They always reply to your queries no matter how big or small it is.We never hear the word 'No' from the team.
ACCELQ is easy to blend in our regular sprints, it is cloud based not to worry about check-in check-out, project creation, complex integration script creation are all quite easy.Easy to schedule scripts, easy to view reports and easy to send report notification to the team members.
I would highly recommend this tool.

The main problem we had when we were using Selenium was:
1. maintenance of scripts
2. programming skills required
3. It was time taking
4. reporting was not that good
ACCELQ solved all these problems.
We've multiple users who can maintain and execute scripts without programming knowledge. We've improved script creation by 75% since we onboarded ACCELQ.
