A powerful tool for big data visualization and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, wide range of visualization and integration are some best features of tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is high, limited advanced analytics, less mobile optimised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is solving following problems -
1) Business dashboards and KPIs.
2) Data storytelling for executives and stakeholders.

I can easily track my metrics daily
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Tableau is that, it forces me to track my performance by metrics in a more straightforward way. These interactive dashboards let me see my performance at a glance, and identify trends or areas where I need to improve. The best part is its customizability — from daily stats to long-term trends, all in one place. The charts and graphs make everything so clear to interpret data and take well-informed decisions which is a huge time saver in my daily work. The make dealing with metrics more bearable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance view based on ranks can be a struglle for me to generate overall. Although I love this platform for how customizable it is, creating a single definition that ranks everything I need has been difficult alone. will utilise some extra time to arrange and filter the data that is a face way of viewing my performance. Not a huge deal or anything, but I wish it was slightly less confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes my metrics easier to track and understand. I can easily see how I am performing in areas where I am doing great or poor. Checking and monitoring my metrics is every crucial specially for a freelancer like me. All in all, this has made controlling my metrics a lot easier and less intimidating.

Good analytics tool, but not the best
What do you like best about the product?
Nice and easy to use reports and dashboard, that are also very simple to setup. They also have a very helpful support team who are on hand to assist with even the smallest queries - I think this does set them apart from others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain aspects of the reports that prove tricky, even after consulting support. For example, I am struggling to produce a report of all my clients line by line with the data that I am after. This is however a very small thing that I can workaround. Also, the integrations on offer aren't quite as robust or varied as other similar companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data and analytics is incredibly important for our business, to track our short and long term business plans, as well as monitoring our clients performance.

What I like best about Salesforce CRM Analytics is its seamless integration with Salesforce, making real-time data access easy. The AI-driven insights and customizable dashboards provide valuable, interactive visualizations for quick, data-driven decisions.

Nothing as such. It has been useful so far.

Salesforce CRM Analytics helped us centralizing the customer data, streamlining reporting and providing AI-driven insights. It helped us in improving forecasting, customer targeting, and quickens data-driven decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is one of the best Visualization tool used in the Data analytics. Ease of Drag and Drop option is very much effective option than other Visualization tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Tableau sence 3 years personally as well as professionally. Tableau have many versions and sometimes if we have to use the tableau personally, we can use Tableau trusl version or paid else we can get the option of Tableau Public which is even better option for the one who want to learn it as badic level or advance as well but for shaing the files Live, we need to get the Tableau desktop or professional(pro).

Tableau helps in daily task as Analytics. From Data preparation to Dashboard creation and publishing the Reports, Tableau helps in almost all the daily task.

Works very well as a BI Reporting Tool. Great conectivity. Perfect for data preparation with elaborate graphs.

Some time is slow and have some visualizations flexibilities issues.

Helps a lot to replace static ans manual reports. Very usefull for forecasting, planing and predictive analytics.
