Tableau for visualization and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integration with a lot of data sources. basic visualization can be done easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gen AI capabilities should come up. For few charts you need to know the tricks to draw them

Mainly use for showcasing outcome of analysis using different charts

What do you like best about the product?
Very power tool with unlimited visualization options, features and customizations. Because of the popularity of this tool, you can find alot of real user solutions and examples online.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many things you can do and make learn to use the platform daunting and difficult. With all that it can do, there some basic usability functions that are still lacking. Typical of more technically advanced tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of multi-0function performance data that represent comparisons across departments are geographic/location dependent.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is great in terms of showcasing interactive and data heavy dashboard. We track our marketing data in tableau and it easily handles our day to day report needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel its advanced features and custom dashboard takes alot time to get hands on. It can be made bit easier with more tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With tableau we are able to track real time insights on the funnel and take data-backed decisions. We can measure marketing effectiveness and accordingly make campaign changes.
Versatile tool with all functionalities needed
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is amazing and the ability to connect to different sources and refresh data as needed helps me control the load on my servers. I have used it with snowflake datawarehouse which is being used in conjunction with dbt and Fivetran.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were well documented ways to get around some functionalities when displaying graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to generate reports and track different industry kpis, I'm also able to compare and contrast the industry prices with our own and the spending versus ROI easily
Great tool for Bi and data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
It has a really intutive UX for dachboard building compared to the competition. Data integration is really quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs on specific views that are hard to mitigate when you work with multiple conditions.

It helps us create company wide dashboards to track main KPIs and funnels.

not sure, it is still requires training for those who need to adjust it to their need or create a new one.

Standartizing metrics across the teams, provide the better visibility to data. Ability to add multiple tables and easy connect them.

t has a steep learning curve for beginners. Some advanced functionalities require knowledge of scripting or calculated fields, which can be challenging for non-technical users. Additionally, the pricing structure can be expensive for small businesses, and the desktop version lacks some cloud-based collaboration features found in competitors like Power BI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that might be useful to have (which dont exist right now):
1. freeform way of resizing the tiles on a dashboard- the container way is too cumbersome and sometimes frustrates
2. Creating dashboard templates to be reused on a new sheet - just like powerpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface's ability to pull the variables on a different axis, especially when generating the heat maps. I also love the pre input graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data manipulation is a bit challenging. There are a bit too many tabs at the top, and it would take some time to master all the functions.

It helps in generating the required visualizations in a timely manner for presentations.
